While browsing this store, I came across a great deal on a pair of boots. I tried on the sample, perfect fit btw, and asked to see them in my size. One of the employees took the shoe to the back, came back 6-8 minutes later and said nothing. I asked another employee at the front and they walk back there and comes back and says “we don’t have that shoe”. So I ask, “well what happened to the mate of the shoe because it has to have a mate”. This employee looked me in my face and said “oh we don’t have a mate. The shoes are scattered everywhere”? just say you wanna keep it for yourself.

The customer service is the worst . The kids they have working are ignorant and do not want to assist the customers at all.

Customer service was great soon as I walked in I was greeted right away . There was a tall man with dreads and glasses that was attentive and helpful my entire time in the store. I think his name is ree.

Very great customer service to the max and very committed to helping the customer either way and practice very strict procedures on covid safety and you better have mask or you're not gonna be able to shop and they don't like arguing and very hi tech into the future. Go and see what I'm talm bout lol in my slang talk real quick.
