Good luck if you have to try something on. I asked the cashier for access to a fitting room for my daughter and I. She said to give her one minute but she had us wait nearly 15 mins while she rang up customers with no sense of urgency. Another employee approached her and saw us waiting and yet still went in the back. Later, the employee who went in the back returned to open the fitting room for us. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! This is why brick and mortar retail is failing

The customer service here is bad. I was trying to use the fitting room, and stood outside for twenty minutes. The staff member at the register looked at me multiple times and never asked if I needed a fitting room or anything. She was busy so I didn’t want to interject during a transaction however she could have told me “I’ll be with you in one second” or finished the transaction and opened the door for me. I also came in today and when I tried to use the fitting room there was a door that was cracked and when I tried to open it a staff member appeared and said “uh uh that door is broken”and flagged me to come back like I was her child. She opened another room and when I said thank you she walked away without saying anything like she had an attitude. My mom also had a situation previously with staff in this store. If you’re ok with rude staff then this store is for you.

Store hours say 11-6 been here since 10:45 I seen a stag go in but haven’t opened the door yet and it’s now 12:17. I’ve been calling no answer. This is so unprofessional. Not to mention several people have came and left. I guess losing money is okay with them.

My daughter loves this store. They sell more items for younger woman, I would say it's best for teens and early 20's.
