They never are in stock of the sizes I need. I tried this store a few times and it’s always out of stock. Also, I completely understand the customers mess up the piles, but it’s important to *constantly* organize it so the next customers can find what they need. The cleanliness could be better. Hoping for improvement

I am highly displeased and offended by the treatment I received today during my visit to Old Navy in Wyncote, PA. My Iphone 15 was stolen in this store today. Within 15 minutes of leaving the store I noticed I did not have my phone. My daughter track my phone to the Old Navy store which I live less than 10 minutes away from it. I immediately asked the customer representative that checked me previous if someone returned an iphone. He opened a few cabinets behind the cashier counter without actually looking in them and said there was no phone behind the desk. He asked if I had been in the fitting room and when I said, yes, he directed me back to the fitting room. There was no representative in the fitting room and my phone was not there. I went back to the front of the store and asked the same representative if he could ask the other employees if they found a phone. The customer representative lazily told another representative walking by that I was looking for my phone. None of the employees I encountered help me look for the phone. I went back to my car to get my daughter and her phone to see if I could locate my phone through find my phone and the Life 360 app. Both apps tracked my phone to the area behind the door for the Employees Only door. I asked for a manager who told me I could not enter this part of the store. I asked if he could search for my phone. Another store employee, Ali, walked up to me and asked what exact time did i walk through the door and I told he the Life 360 app said that my phone entered at 3:43 pm. Ali went entered the employee only area and returned after 5 minutes reporting that he had view the cameras between 3:40pm-3:50pm and did not see me enter the building. Ali begin to question me again about the exact time I entered the building. I did not know the exact time but gave him the time the Life 360 app said my daughter entered the building which was 4:31pm. Ali went back to the Employee Only area looking annoyed. Ali returned after 10 minutes and told me that he saw me enter the building but did not see leave my phone anywhere in the store. Then Ali said, "Quite frankly, I'm not going continue looking for your phone. Your phone is not my responsibility." I was shock as it was not just what he said but the tone and body language he used that was very dismissive. I told Ali that his customer services "sucked" as he did not have to address me in this dismissive manor when he knows the lost of a phone could be a data breach. Ali stated that he did not care and asked if he could help me with anything else which was a effort to continue to dismiss me. I want to be clear that I am not an irrational person. I understand that Old Navy and it's employees are not responsible for my phone but as a customer, I expected better treatment and at the very least respect and assistance. I paid my deductible to replace my phone which is $249. This is an unplanned expense and I am not confident that this expense could not have been avoided with better treatment and assistance at Old Navy in Wyncote, PA.

Great store, great deals & wonderful selection of items. Staff is phenomenal ? Fifty percent of my wardrobe is Old Navy.

Ericka the staff is always nice manager Don is very nice I shop there almost two to three times a week they make you feel like family never had a problem with waiting to check out out I love ❤️ this store and the staff always finding good deals nice and clean I just want to say thank you to this old navy it’s not that many stores you walk in and the staff is always friendly greet you always
