I normally have a good experience inside the branch. The ATM line is normally ridiculous and the inside one is frequently out of order.

They are in the process of forcing customers to use ATM type machines so it is even slower to get waited on. Especially if you can use the fococta machine!

The line is always long. Inside and out. Of course they say they’re short staffed. 🙄Luckily, I have other banking options so I don’t have to frequent there often.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with this credit union. However, a MAJOR difficulty that I’ve had with this particular branch is: the line is ALWAYS way too long, and the ATM or coin machine is frequently down. I came here last Saturday early afternoon and there were about 20 people in line, moving at about 1 step every 4-5 minutes. That’s insane.
Fix these problems and this will be a solid branch.

This is a terrible location. Why is it that there are only two atm machines and the one outside is the only one you can deposit in ?! They let checks fill up in the atm outside so then you have to go inside (i believe this is something they do to keep their jobs inside). The atm inside doesn't let you deposit so when the atm outside is in service the line is crazy long . The customer service is poor especially the fatty who takes wawa and chips in the cubicle . She is extremely nasty . I feel that this is one of those locations where they allow anything because there aren't many banks in the area .

Much better than dealing with a bank. I prefer a credit union now after switching. This particular branch is great. Never long waits and always helpful
