I went to target in Cheltenham yesterday to buy a new phone.Daniel helped me, I want to say he was absolutely amazing, so polite and patient.I think he deserves a promotion or a raise.Hold on to him.

Shelves weren't stocked and disorganized- 1 cashier was open w a long line. No lead to be found. This place needs help!!!

As you know, Target has many stores throughout the area. I am partial to the Target on Shoppers Lane in Philadelphia. The staff there are very helpful and they monitor checkout lines to get you through as quickly as possible. Their prices for most things are quite reasonable (a little higher than Walmart but I pay for the convenience.) I go there on a regular basis primarily for kitty litter and packaged groceries. They help me keep my food and cleaning supply costs down. For example, distilled water at Acme costs close to three dollars and is a dollar at Target. I find that this difference is true for bread, cereal, soup and many more items. The selection is more limited, but I get most of what I want there. They also have very good customer service and returns are a breeze. My only complaint is that the cost of clothing has gone up. I used to buy cotton tops, etc. for a reasonable price; now I head to Old Navy or Walmart. That's why I took away a star. I still highly recommend them.

I called this Target for an hour got no answer this location never answers the phone and that's in any department. I ordered an item they supposedly had 3 of in the wee hours of the morning as in 5am and when I woke up at 9a to pick up it was all of a sudden out of stock, how does 3 items disappear before the store opens mind you when I tried to order earlier in the day they didn't have it however after closing hours the app said it was available.

I went to the electronics section unsure about getting a tablet. The employee (damn I should've gotten his name) was super helpful and patient as I'm not as tech savvy as most. I end up getting a tablet and a few other things. Also, I accidentally left something in my cart, so I ran back into the store to look for it. I asked the security guards if they found something in a cart and they said they took it to customer service. I ran over there and my bag was right there on the counter! I was so happy!

Good location for online pickup or just a small target run. Don't expect a lot of help as the staff is usually quite busy restocking shelves or taking care of online orders. Don't expect to have anymore then 2 registers open for checkout, so save yourself the time and place your order for in-store pickup.

Under Staffed they never have enough registers open your forced to wait in a kind self checkout line the manager needs to be fired and they need to hire more staff

On 11/13/20 my sister and I stopped in to look for the hot new card game of the 2020 holiday season, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. After a string of unsuccessful attempts at many other stores our search brought us to the Target of Cheltenham as a last minute resort. They had the game and that made the trip worth it! The layout is a bit different than other Targets I have been too but they had the game and that is all that matters! If I am in the area I will visit again!

I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. The store is clean, organized, well-stocked, and employees are always helpful. I LOVE shopping at the Wyncote TARGET! Everyone at the Starbucks is super nice, too!!!

Worst target I've ever been to. Nobody knows anything, disorganized, employees do not care about their job. All around a hot mess. They cancelled my pick up order and refused to explain why or refund me my $97.00. It's been almost a week and the manager hasn't returned my call. Hot mess

I am not in target much but since I've found a good earth friendly dish detergent and my Kleenex hand towels, I go more often. They have a food area: Pizza hut and Starbucks. The servers in Starbucks can be not so nice. The service here is good. The associates know where items are and willing to get assistance if they don't. The store is clean and well lit. There stock is low sometimes and they don't carry the things listed on the app and that is a little frustrating. Overall my experience is good and I will continue to shop here.

I like the closer location. I didn't have high hopes for this Target as soon as I knew it was being built in the old Cheltenham Mall area. It was nice shopping in the beginning but the store has gone down. The workers are okay. Not many working there. On a visit in the early evening, as I walked through some guys in a cloud of marijuana smoke, I noticed I also happened to interrupt a drug meet up/exchange in the process. I hesitate to see what goes on in the later hours. I don't feel safe there. I will go in the daytime or another location. That whole shopping development in fact is not a safe place to be.

Horrible employee manners they act as if asking for help is a major inconvenience or just wrong to do unbelievable I'll never shop there again. The store should really do better in hiring because this is ridiculous!

Are you looking for something in particular? Maybe you saw it at a different target? Online? Well, don't look for it here. Customer service is a nightmare. She looked like she was high.. I literally asked her, are you feeling alright? She just laughed, yahhh There's nothing stocked, nonexistent help on the floor. It's everything a Target shouldn't be. The only thing worse than this place is the Walmart down the street.

Terrible customer service regarding early closing of store due to storm conditions. The early closing itself was understandable, but the lack of notice two customers was inexcusable. Even after the store had already closed prior to their posted closing time, their phone answering system continued to state their standard closing time, and the menu option to speak to a store representative got neither a human answer nor a recorded one. At the store itself, with all the lights still on, the sign on the door continued to say the standard closing hour, and there was no sign telling of the early closing. The customers we're apparently not even an afterthought of the store's management.
