The young lady Aaliarah was beyond wonderful. I had a bunch of returns that were not organized. She was helpful, respectful, kind and efficient. She handled me and other customers at the same time and we all left satisfied.

There’s a new lady who works here - on the bigger side, white - completely rude and ignorant! My boxes just needed to be taped, she turned me away. I had mailers that could be returned by usps or ups - she didn’t even bother scanning them, she just said she wasn’t taking them. Like what? That’s so weird. Usually I have no problem with the Hispanic lady who works here - kindest woman ever! But the new lady is completely horrible - You guys need to fire her, asap. That is not customer service and it’s giving ur company a horrible name!

Visited this UPS store yesterday evening and had a great experience with the customer service there. I didn’t get the nice lady’s name, but she was so helpful towards me, patient with every customer and truly went above and beyond to complete every task. I was just coming from a bad experience with customer service prior at the post office near by so this brightened up my day. Thank you for being quick, kind and professional! Much appreciated.

This is inside Shop Rite. It took me 15 mins to find the location. I wish UPS advertised this location better
