Masked teller 5 years after COVID, and behind a glass wall: how is that supposed to make for proper communication? They decline proper deposit transactions, in contradiction to published bank policy and without explanation, just subjectively making up rules. Saucy “urban” young women are the tellers and managers.

I only see bad reviews however
I went for the first time last month March of 2024 the service was great quick and amazing! I'm actually going to go again today. I'll come back with an honest review for you guys and I will add pictures! ?

They hang up on your face and can’t help you with nothing besides taking your money ! I’d rather go all the way to the north side of Philly to deal with bank tellers .. if you don’t like your job get a new one it’s not my fault you hate your life

This bank needs to be investigated ASAP the customer service is horrible and it’s all thanks to Britney, and Charmaine oh and let’s not forget the supervisors that wouldn’t give me her name and walked out and said she going to lunch but that’s ok ….. I closed my accounts because of them being so rude

The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! For them not to be busy with any customer they act like they had a million people in there…….. i was told they are UNDERSTAFF BUT THEY ARE UNDER CUSTOMERS TOOOO !!!!! Because they didn’t want to help AT ALL …. But I’m take it all the way …. I’m calling customer service also send emails because it’s NO WAY …..

I went in because my account was breached. The lady that assisted me was very nice, super patient as she stayed on hold with the fraud department for almost 30 minutes. She was able to help me with my situation with ease. I felt a lot better afterwards. My service experience was great.

Worse customer service. They were not nasty or rude, they were just helpless! They turn customers down for information they don’t disclose. For example, if you don’t have an ID or your card you can! Add the card to your digital wallet through wells fargo app, and make a withdrawal with that! Without anything else. They are so helpless and by saying “ I thought you knew that” they clean themselves of the situation. I had to call 1800 and they helped me. They can’t assume please know this.

Never going to that place again I literally took 40 dollars and the security guard took it inside saying it’s the lady’s money because the atm was broken which I didn’t know I’m never coming back
