Ok update returned the product customer service here is good unfortunately we couldn't do business today attributed to better cost on the 2ml mellow fellow vape pens owner was cool and professional I say give them a play if the price is right to you for me they were a little steep this go around

Been buying from here for years! Candles and Cigars. Never going back! Cheap owner wanted to giveme a free lighter, I asked for a Bic.Owner said No, after spending 40.00 regularly, the staff know us. He lost great customers, over 10 yrs, and he's too cheap to give me a 3 dollar lighter. I'll go to another store down the Ave, and tell all my friends and family. Not to worry, Nothing is or was expected. As a business owner, I know how to appreciate my valued customers. Thank for your response, it validates my decision ?

I generally try to avoid this place because the clientele doesn't believe in NOT double parking. But I only needed a cigar cutter so I went. I immediately regretted my decision when I walked in because apparently the central air was off! However I was pleasantly surprised to see the two brothers behind the counter. Despite the temperature the one assisting me was quite knowledgeable ( he knew the cigar brands ) and helpful. I'm glad they're hiring from the community but, I'll still avoid frequenting the entire Plaza when I can.

They don’t have a lot of brands I usually get which was not a big deal because they still had some others I’ve used. Over all great place and very helpful staff
