The pharmacy is incredibly slow and has gotten my prescription wrong twice, including giving me the wrong pills in a mislabeled bottle. Today they couldn’t find my prescription, had no record of it and had to refill it. To do this, they send you back and forth between different counters and no one has an answer but they are happy to make you wait, barking at you from behind the counter and telling you how swamped they are. They will let the line get to be 10 people deep and then snap at customers who ask about the status of their prescription.

Doreen at the pharmacy went above and beyond for me today to solve an issue with an out of stock prescription. The customer service at this location is not universally positive but I attribute this largely to challenging policies imposed by CVS/Aetna corporate. Doreen did not have to help me as much as she did, but she did, and really saved the day. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at this CVS. The girl at the counter was extremely unprofessional, rolling her eyes at me and showing an attitude when I asked a simple question. Her behavior was dismissive and rude, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

Yeah the other reviews aren’t kidding. A line for pharmacy that goes into multiple isles. A very uncaring attitude on the phone and in store. You will save time driving 10-20 minutes somewhere that has it together.

Here’s my review: long lines and more often than not really unpleasant management staff and harried pharmacists has me leaving the cvs ecosystem. Every time I went there I regretted not using an actual local pharmacy. So now I do. There’s even one right next door.

Very poor customer service at the pharmacy, and will definitely not return. Made a flu shot appointment online, and the day of the appointment received notification it had been cancelled. I was able to make a new appt online for later that same day, which was also canceled when I was already sitting in my car in the CVS parking lot. I went in to find out what was going on. Apparently a computer glitch had me scheduled for multiple times that day, and they decided to cancel all appointments, but not before they billed my insurance company. The pharmacy assistant was so apathetic and rude, condescendingly explaining that I could not receive “another” shot because my insurance had already been billed and wouldn’t approve reimbursement. When she finally realized the mistake was on her end, she told me to sit and wait for the injection technician to call me. However, she never put my name on that list. I discovered this after waiting a half hour. My annoyance at the situation was downplayed by the pharmacy staff, and ignored by the store manager, who never returned my phone call. I am pretty sure I can throw a stone and find better customer service at a pharmacy anywhere else.

Alessandro is a rare star in retail customer service- very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant, clear speaking, and able to hold a pleasant conversation.
When I asked him about his accent (English) he shared he had cone over with gis mum and was a student at Pitt while also serving as an EMT and firefighter. He hopes to become a doctor! Bully for CVS for giving this young service minded person a job!
Besides helping me find what i was looking for he very gently assisted a number of frail and elderly customers while I was in the store.
Give him a raise, give him a scholarship, or otherwise recognize him as today he was the best possible ambassador for CVS.

There was no one at checkout waited for a while Just for the cashier to be very nasty and rude didn’t say hello and rushed me To make my transaction as if he had somewhere to go and kept rushing and Made me felt very uncomfortable will not be coming here again.

The head pharmacist guy is the rudest person ever and he has been here since I came in 2017 to live just nearby. I actually drive all the way to the Ardmore location where I've been using before when I visited here as this one right near my home is just terrible. The help is nice but the pharmacy is a nightmare. They are often out of other drugs, shelves empty. They need to get someone in that important mainline location that has a nice personality and is willing to speak to customers in a professional and kind manner. He is the worst. It's a shame, it's a great location and should be a great store.

The pharmacist was wonderful at finding/correcting a prescription that didn't quite get sent. He was wonderful about fixing the problem and keeping me in the loop.

The associate at the cash register was most helpful. My return was simplified quickly and satisfactorily. And he was friendly.
