I went and found two cute pairs of summer Sandals. The only thing I don't like is that noone not once, offered to help me or asked if I needed anything, nor did anyone greet me. I previously worked for another DSW store and greeting the customers was always a must so I didn't feel really appreciated as a customer. But the selection was good, and the store was clean.

When I first entered the store a very kind and patient woman named Dianne helped me, Then a little extra help was needed due to several physical limitations on my part and a delightful, informative and kind woman name Cherry completed the sale ! She truly was helpful aaand not just out to make a sale! I’d highly recommend this place and we’ll be returning in the near future.

This location always has a great selection of shoes especially in the clearance section hence the 3 stars. However, there is a short black man that’s a cashier with a receding hair line that is always so nasty when I come. He always has something smart yet not so smart to say. He’s bad for business and needs to go.

A Cashier at DSW told us that the promo for The Weekender Bag ended Thursday. We got a text telling us to Weekender was SOLD OUT ON LINE.
We went back to the SAME DSW and got the bag. What's up with that???

Found exactly what I was looking for! Although the website said it was unavailable in store, I took a chance and found the accessories I was looking for.

Quite possibly the worst service I've ever experienced, and they owe me $70.
Thursday night I placed an order for store pick-up, a pair of New Balance 997Hs, men's size 9.5, because it showed online as in stock.
I come in late morning of Friday, May 10th, having not yet received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, wondering when they'd be ready. Thankfully, an associate went to look for them, and brought a box back saying she found them. I asked her if she was sure they were the right size, men's 9.5, and she looked at the tag, before confirming.
I get home 20 minutes later, only to find out that they were WOMEN'S 9.5.
I take them back to the store, and they tell me they actually don't even have men's 9.5 in stock, despite the site showing them, and that they would take them back for me and issue a refund.
It's been over 24 hours and I have no sign of any refund.
What are you DOING?

I'm happy they offer "store pick-up". They keep the store clean and the staff is courteous.

This is my second time coming here and the same thing happened and it was a year apart. Always a nice inventory here. Can't say the same for the staff. My husband and I and our two grandsons came into the store to purchase sneakers for them and as soon as we came in Ayesha came from around the registers, looked straight at us and didn't say anything. No hello or welcome, just a stare and like she didn't want us there, (that's what it felt like). We proceeded to look for the shoes we saw online and got in line to purchase them. I could tell I wasn't the only one she had an attitude with cause we were behind someone that she seemed very dry with. It was our turn to check out and she still didn't speak, that's when I looked at her name tag. She just didn't see m like she wanted to be there or want us there. She had an attitude the whole transaction, I asked her if I had any rewards because I'm a rewards member and she said, "No". I asked if she had a bag and she said, "We're bagless". That's is, that was all she said to me throughout the whole thing. Andf I know this is not standard practice for all the DSW's around because we had to go the one in Springfield because they didn't have our oldest grandson's size and we had to go that one to get his size of the same sneaker. I also found out while I was there, I had a $5.00 reward. Even though it was only $5, it was still rewards I had and asked about just 20 minutes ago at the Wynnewood store. Two times at the DSW in Wynnewood is enough for me and I won't be back to this one!

I love that you can donate shoes and get points toward buying shoes.

"Please note that our standard return policy will now allow a full refund with receipt 90 days from the date of purchase." We were not allowed a full refund with receipt as employee said that only applies to returns and not exchanges. Employee said to go to website, but the website points to full refund. Terms and conditions appear inconsistent, or employee did not know how to provide full refund. Either way, store is receiving a one star and I do not plan to visit store again.

I had my kids with me and I was grabbing their Christmas gift, I explained this quietly to an employee, Nancy, she was AMAZING. I told her what I needed and with three boxes of shoes in her hand which I was in the way of her putting down, she secretly walked away and grabbed what I needed, put it up front to the cashier, Whitney. Nancy then proceeded to introduce herself to my 6yo and ask her and me if it was ok if she helped her pick something out for her 4yo. I was able to go pay where Whitney had my gifts put in bags already and I quickly paid for them. This experience brought tears to my eyes bc both employees went out of their way to help me and it showed me that there are still kind people out there. I’m going to try to find a way to let their higher ups know how amazing they both were!(if anyone knows how please let me know ) Also, I drove a half hour away to get these…#heelys
