Terrible I bought four brand new tires from them and they up sold me $40 each for a tire policy. Had a bolt in my tire- they wanted me to wait three days to have it fixed. Front desk person incredibly rude impersonal. The whole experience is terrible. I ended up taking my car down the road and they were able to help me same day .

Appointment was available for the day and time I requested. Everything was explained well. They are always friendly and responsive. The work was completed at the time they estimated.

I went to the Wynnewood firestone location today (May 29, 2024) for a state inspection/emission test, and an oil change. I know I need to replace two tires and maybe some parts for wear and tear. The car is only 34K miles but it is about 9 years old. I was shocked to be told that I needed to replace front control arms and bushings in order to pass the state inspection, and they quoted me a whopping 3300 dollars for the job. I took the car to another mechanic for a second look and was shocked to find that there was nothing wrong with the control arms! The firestone guy who wrote that my control arms had "separation" was basically upselling and hoping that I would sign off. Will never go back to that Firestone again. Disgusted to see it would treat a 15 year customer like this. What a shame! Anyone out there who do not want to be ripped off for unnecessary repairs, DO NOT go to that sleazy place. Also, if they quote you something expensive, take it elsewhere and do not let them get away with ripping people off.

I made an 8:30am appointment over a week ago for a simple tire rotation and asked to wait, the agent said no problem. I got there today at 8:15am, no one in the waiting room and was told I would have to wait an hour and a half to up to 2 hours (he said until 11am). I left frustrated. Made an immediate appointment at Mr. Tire on West Chester Pike and Sproul Road and was home by 9:50am!!

Been going here for some time but I won't be returning just got front breaks pads 5/18/2024, Breaks go right to the floor after I get this settle me and firestone are over!! Go back to my toyota dealership!! Very bad service advisor not calling his name!! Jeremy bout the best service advisor at this location, My troubles started 5/01/2024

We have been going to our local Firestone for 10 years and each time our family swears that we aren't going back. In fact, truly the only reason we go back is because they are open on Sunday and have a convenient location. This time, when they put the inspection sticker they ripped off a section of the tinted coating and left the rest hanging on the dashboard. When I pointed this out to the manager, rather than apologize for the shoddy work, he said "we aren't professionals" and you are "lucky" as we could have failed you for the tint (I told him that I have a medical letter stating that I have permission for the tint). I've had the car and tint for 8 years and no one has ever ripped off the coating. He did agree to pay for a new coating. An acknowledgment of their fault and an apology (which I have received from other managers due to other issues in the past) would have been nice.

They’re just pushing to sell. Not an honest repair shop. Watch yourself when going to them for anything. Question everything. Don’t pay the bill until they explain it all to you. Places like this are why mechanics have a bad reputation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . These people will lie and make stuff up about your car to make you fail an inspection and tell you your car needs thousand dollars of work . I’m so upset that I didn’t look at the reviews of previous people saying this before bringing my vehicle there. It was just a last second thing , they had openings, and the location was convenient. When a man called me not even an hour after dropping my car off telling me to come get my car and pay 80 dollars , and that I failed the inspection because of a dent in the back of my car that he said I need to go to the dealership for , and windshield wiper fluid being empty and my coolant was “filthy” and that the work would somehow come to the total of 2000 dollars to get fixed, 2050.01 to be EXACT. Even though everything was Just recently checked , And fine when I got my oil change a month ago ) on my new car that I still make high payments . I asked to speak to a manager , he claimed to be the manager and as I was explaining he Hung up on me ,his name was Lamar . They also Prey on women because they assume we don’t know anything , I’m sure of this because the original person lamar (if that’s even his name) told me I failed because of ‘numerous’ fake reasons as I previously stated came to two thousand dollars besides the dent . Yet when upper management called after my complaint he said a complete opposite thing stating it said I simply failed because of “my back bumper was hanging off” making it unsafe to drive which was a complete LIE and I have pictures to prove that it’s only a dent on my back bumper not affecting anything else . It’s not hanging, nor is any lights broke . So it’s funny that it’s all these fake reasons written on the paper of why my car failed , With the price of 2000 dollars of fixing the problems before I can pass the inspection there . Upper management
is also okay with this type of unprofessional behavior of hanging up on customers. This place is a SCAM run the other direction! Luckily I was only scammed out of 80 dollars . I have an appointment next week at another place I’ve went in the past , I showed them my dent, and they told me I should have not failed because of that dent , and I can bring my car in. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
