GIANT is a supermarket that is organized and has seen many improvements. Customers enjoy shopping there and find the staff helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The store features a huge kosher section including a kosher bakery, a good seafood department, and a really good aged meat case. The produce is always fresh. However, prices are a bit expensive and could be better. The selection is limited, with a noted lack of diversity in ethnic food items. It does not have everything other locations might. Some operational issues, like long self-checkout lines with no cashiers, have been noted. A specific criticism is that the bakery's artisanal bread sometimes has too much flour on the bottom.

I wasn't handed my receipt after I bagged my groceries and the clerk helped but when I got home the receipt was nowhere to be found. I had charged a little over $177.00. Is there some way that I can get my receipt. I was there on Saturday 8/25.
