got my Covid booster there. I had a very bad back and neck with severe pain and I could not stand for a long yet they kept making me come up to the counter and made me wait for over 30 minutes past the vaccination time. I also had to nag to get them to complete the vaccination card. They were extremely nasty, hostile and unhelpful to say the least. Also, they had me in a secluded little spot and no one checked to see if I had a reaction to the shot. I could have died there and no one would have noticed

The renovation on this store has been ridiculously long. The only reason I go is to get lunch meat for my spouse and it's the closest grocery store. There is no number counter to know when your number is up. The overworked folks are getting too caught up in customer disputes. It's chaos. Honestly where are the managers?

This is my neighborhood supermarket I have patronized for many years. I need to go elsewhere because it is so poorly run and truly aggravating every time. There must be a serious management problem because it is utter chaos in there. The self checkout machines have chronic problems - far more than any other local establishment - and the staff is extremely unfriendly when asked for assistance. This is not due to the renovation since it has been like this for years. Various employees seem disgusted by serving customers and say neither hello nor thank you. The Starbucks, which looks very nice now, is horrendously run. There is never an employee there in the middle of the day and when someone does show up to serve customers, they are clearly extremely irritated and rude. Today, people waited in the line for 20 minutes while being told someone was coming, but never showed. It happens every single time I'm there. Why is there a Starbucks if it is not consistently serving customers and they don't even bother to put a sign alerting people if it is not open? Frustrating. So many better run and friendlier markets in the area.

Excellent pharmacists always willing to explain things. The service is fast and the prices are often equal to or less than the drug plans.

For some reason around 3pm to 5pm the staff at this Giant seem to be extra ignorant and bossy. Specifically the bald white guy at the beer register and the tall black girl directing the traffic to the self checkout machines. There is no real structure or respect for the older adults coming in there to shop during this weird renovation they are having. Instead of being polite and catering to them, they force them to find a spot in line and scream at them to go to whatever open self check out there is. Please have more respect for the older patrons of this community because without them these two bad apples would not have a job.

The service was good, but the experience was abismal and absolutely dreadful. Right when I was about to exit with my brew,they somehow blocked the doors with a newspaper cart. To describe the experience, it was horrible and most importantly blatant incompetence at its finest. If I can add , it'll be to retain the staff. Because of it, I am considering firing their manager.

If I could give less than one star I would.I was there this evening around 6:45 and experienced the worst customer service ever I would have thought I was in north phila instead on the Mainline This young girl was condensing and down right rude the pharmacy tech seemed also scare of herNeedless to say I will be removing my scripts and contacting their corporate headquatershesd98

I have been shifting my shopping to other stores because I hate going to this one so much. There are constantly workers with huge carts blocking the isles. It's not always well stocked- at my last visit I needed small ziplocks, they were completely absent. Employees are rude in general. The prices are often not updated on the shelf. The worst is the check out- most of the time there are very few cashiers, maybe one or two. The self check out machines are the worst across all the chains: they incessantly get stuck for no reason. If you want to make the customer do the work at least provide better check out machines. To save aggravation I try to go for a few items or brands and avoid making big purchases at Giant.

I would give this store negative reviews if it was possible. They have all these people who work at giant standing around not doing anything with frowns on their face. Even when people ask for help, they don't and they're not helping anyone trying to check out. The checkout process is not intuitive either and self service so it takes people 20 minutes to check outside items. Just pitiful.

The pharmacy at Giant is fantastic. I switched from CVS in Wynnewood, and it was a a great decision. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Also, they actually answer the phone!
