Leaving a review because we were apprehensive to go here due to the negative reviews. Walked in for my teen with no appointment, didn’t have a long wait and the phlebotomist was wonderful. I wish I caught her name, she mentioned she is also a surgical tech. Quick and easy and erased any anxiety my daughter initially had due to reviews.

It genuinely takes a lot for me to complain or leave a bad review but the workers are extremely unprofessional. It wasn't even 7:30 AM and the woman at the front desk was completely fed up with the like, 3 people in the waiting room. Seriously girl work on your threshold for people if you're going to work in customer service. Nobody deserves to be treated as poorly as she treats people. As someone who deals with medical stuff and has to constantly take time out of my work schedule to attend appointments, I expect the workers to do their jobs and to do it with kindness and compassion for the people in their office. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt (to a fault) and will assume it's a bad day, but judging by the past reviews she's always like this. Just get a new job if you hate yours so much, nobody is forcing you to stay.

Arrived 20 mins early to check in and haven't been called to present paperwork until 10 minutes past my scheduled time. Staff were there but chatting rather than doing their jobs. If you cannot be punctuate at all then what's the point of making an appointment?

My appointment was for 1:15PM on a Friday. I arrived about 25 minutes beforehand because that's just how I do things. The location was clearly signposted and there were no stairs to get in. After checking in using the electronic kiosk (not my preferred method but it worked and didn't talk to me so it was fine) I sat down and opened my book to wait. Before I got through a page, I was called in at about 12:55pm. I sat while Aaron, who was on duty, checked in my lab orders. At about 1pm, I was directed to a clean and small room right next to the front desk. My blood was drawn quickly and painlessly, and I was bandaged up. I was out the door by 1:10pm, only 20 minutes after arriving outside and 5 minutes before my appointment was even scheduled to begin. Aaron in particular was quick, efficient, and thoughtful. Would recommend.

The receptionist at this location was hostile and unhelpful. My 9-month-old son had a bloodwork appointment and we waited 45 minutes before giving up and walking out. I had an issue with the kiosk and the receptionist REFUSED to help us, telling us that she was "busy" and the kiosk was "the only way to check in." Apparently the sign in the waiting room indicating that staff is "happy to assist with check in" is just a joke.
There was also a sign on the receptionist window that said:
"Helen Waite is now in charge of rush orders. If you are in a hurry, please go to Helen Waite."
I'm really shocked that a healthcare service would condone such an aggressive and crude message toward its clients - literally telling us to "go to Hell"? This place is beyond a parody of poor customer service.
People rely on you for medical care. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I’m furious. A man in plad print and dark hair aged 45-60 went into lab corps at 7:24am today July 8 2024 saying he tested positive for covid with a swab test then said he’s at lab corps to get a blood test for covid!!! He exposed everyone to covid in that office. He had the nerve to sit right next to me!!!! He had no mask on no staff or blood work people told him to put a mask on. I have very bad health issues and the fact he put everyone at risk scares me for who else was exposed to his covid. If staff knows you have covid they should tell u to wear a mask! This isn’t okay!!! If his blood test comes up positive for Covid too just like his swab test he should be arrested. He knew what he had and risked spreading Covid! No mask!!

The Google reviews had me dreading this experience, but it was great. I arrived at 7:45 without an appointment. I checked in on the kiosk. I was on my way by 8:00. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Lobby was clean and welcoming.
