The vetco clinic Doctor was extremely unprofessional. She did not want to be around my dog because he was barking and told me that she's seen my breed of dog ripped people's faces off. I have a German Shepherd.

Marlina is the best groomer !!!! She does beyond amazing work and is Extremely experienced. Some days I don't always have time to properly groom my dog and because of the type of coat my poodle has; if you let it go, it can get out of hand. She's doesn't pass judgement and literally makes my dog look like a show dog. Just wow I've been to other places before to get Zoe groomed but after the first visit with Marlina I told her she is now my dogs god mom because she always makes my dog look beautiful.I refuse to take my dog anywhere and to anyone else. Marlina will forever be the one and only groomer for my toy poodle Marlina if you're reading this, thank you for always going above and beyond.

This has been my go to location for my snakes and turtle supplies for a while now. At first they never had what was advertised in stock. Then it all changed. They always have what I need and if it says it's there online, it's there! They also give you the price of online items if they are different from the store. That's pretty cool and an employee told me about that. If you have pets and don't live too far, this Petco is pretty helpful.

Review for grooming: I took my senior dog here for grooming. He's probably a more difficult dog to groom because he doesn't like it and will cry the whole time. FYI: we have taken him to a groomer since he was a puppy and never had a problem. The groomer called and said he has bad dry/scalp skin to the point when she razored his hair it got stuck on the blade so she felt unsafe to continue with the groom. At pick up, she stated he was snappy and told us not to come back. We were worried and took him to the vet. Yes, he did have dried skin and it was flakey but not to the point where the scalp on the skin can get stuck to the razor. She basically lie because she probably didn't want to deal with him. So we left the place with our dog hair half cut. Anyways, we will gladly take our dog to a different groomer who is more professional, patience and understanding.

Would not accept my return 5.5 weeks after purchase even with recent - not even store credit. I asked for a manger to extend the courtesy/ and make an exception, and I was told by a key holder he was too busy to come up to help me, I was given the customer service number. They are of no use because they can only offer help with online orders. Stay away and support chewy.com or any other retailer!!! I may chance my review if the store would actually have time to speak with a customer and offer my return ...

I will start off positive by acknowledging the fact that the sales team has never provided anything less than excellent customer service. Now onto the downfall of this location. Grooming! I've given this location 3 attempts of having my business. Please do not schedule your appointments at a time that will be convenient for you based on their availability on their website. I guarantee you will receive a call less than 24 hours before indicating the time slot does not work for the groomer. Twice this has happened. The first time I was understanding. The second time I just canceled the appointment completely. I take complete ownership for what happened on my last grooming visit. I should have gone elsewhere. I knew better. Although I booked an earlier appointment that was not very convenient for me, I arrived to the appointment before the groomer did. While taking care of my pet, they had the audacity to "book" my next appointment FOR ME without consulting me. Their excuse was "we like to send reminders". Well do that, why book a client for their next appointment without consulting them first. Lastly, our groomer nicked my puppy and didn't say a word. We had to discover it ourselves. The entire team is completely incompetent! Although the location is very convenient for me I will be sending my puppy elsewhere.

I have been shopping at this Petco for a few years now and I've just recently began taking my Shorkie to get groomed at this location. I haven't had any issues and Amanda is the only groomer I'll allow to groom my Coco. She always takes good care of my puppy and my puppy gets excited when she sees Amanda. I've read other reviews and the customers weren't so happy about the service, look of the store etc. Luckily I haven't experienced any of those issues. I'm always greeted when I walk in and treated nicely.

I bought dog food online and was promised a Monday delivery. When the order was shipped, they notified me that it would not get to me till Friday. How can there be that much disparity? I am refusing the order when it comes and getting it somewhere else. Please avoid them, at all costs!

This is my favorite pet food store in the area! It carries only healthy pet food options for any of your pet needs! I especially hunt for the Weruva cat food brand since my three cats really enjoy their food and I'm only able to find it here in a great variety of sizes and flavors. Besides having a wide variety of food here, the store is always very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place for your pet needs!

Maddie was extremely helpful in assisting us to buy the most practical and useful products for our small new puppy. She continuously checked in on us and gave very insightful suggestions and tips. We are looking forward to attending the puppy training sessions offered at this location.

The worst customer service ever , never enough people to check you out I have seen the clerks stand around doing nothing while there is a long line waiting to pay. It is so stressful to go to this store I wish there was an other one around closer that carried my dog food I dread going to this store. I leave so stressed out each time I go. They should truly consider self check out anything would be better than the way their doing business now!!!
