The attention of the information girls was not good or friendly at all, apart from they did not help us with any payment plan ? on the other hand, the attention of the doctor or professional was good but we did not have good results or solution at the end of everything due to poor attention. she

Where do I start? I chose them because they excepted my Insurance but because they do, I was expecting them to provide a lesser quality service for some reason. Boy, was I mistaken. From the front desk to the exray technician and hygienist, all were very thorough, pleasant and kind. And they had equipment that I never saw before at previous practices. I found Dr. Young, who did my initial exam and consult, to be very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. A plan was put in place and appointments made for the work to begin. We started the next day with a deep cleaning and dental planing. Because of some issues that arose at no fault of theirs, the hygienist was unable to do the work. Rather than send me away, Dr. Ali took care of me. Again, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I won't tell you my age but I'm up there. I basically was born with bad teeth so I've seen my share of dental experts. I have to say that this has been one of the best, if not the best dental experience I've had. I will definitely continue with them and highly recommend them. The only problem is, that they are next door to one of my favorite places to eat, and as much as I wanted to, I couldn't stop in to eat after dental work. Next time maybe I'll eat first. Many thanks to all involved with my care these past two days.

Went to Aspen Dental for my Implant. This time the Abutment was inserted. The procedure went very smoothly, The Doctor was very confident, and made me feel very relaxed. Everything went smoothly.

Great quick and easy place I feel like they really care about your teeth there every time I go they really do a good job. In my mind I was like I pretty sure my teeth are clean but she just keep digging and cleaning but really happy with the cleaning

My scheduled appointment time for a check up was 8AM, I wasn't seen until 9:09AM. The dentist spent 5 minutes with me and recommended I schedule a cleaning. Another team member collected me from the clinic room and quoted me $3,000 for a cleaning. She did explain the cleaning was procedural with extra services. I asked for a regular cleaning (the type my insurance pays twice a year for) and was denied services. This office was less concerned with my teeth/gum health and more concerned with how I could financially benefit them. They treat patients as cash cows. In addition to my poor treatment, they are not concerned with being HIPAA compliant. While sitting in the open lobby area, you are able to hear all business functions performed by the staff. You are able to hear all patients' names, DOBs and SSNs read out loud as they verify patient benefit information. Those services should be performed in a more private setting.

I need a lot of dental work done and I am uninsured, however, the treatment plan bill I was shown was absolutely ridiculous.Who in the world has $20k in for dental work?I am obviously not planning on going forward with my 20,000$ treatment plan, but it has nothing to do with the staff of this particular location.I thought when I was approaching Aspen Dental, I was in for more affordable dental solutions. Turns out I was quoted more from Aspen Dental than a small, non-commercial dentistry.If you have serious dental issues, and are uninsured, please get a second opinion before going through with care through Aspen Dental.All that being said, the staff here are great and easy to get along with. I just wanted to put this review out there for my fellow broke/uninsured dentally complex people!

Let me just start by saying information that Iwish I had known prior to making this appointment:This location only has an oral surgeon ONCE a month.I suddenly got bad wisdom teeth pain so I began desperately searching online for a place near me. This place comes up when you google oral surgeon near me so I called and told them about the pain I’ve been having. I called on a Friday and they scheduled me for today which is Monday so that was pretty quick. I was super excited to finally get this pain taken care of.I love that they offer free exams and free x-rays for new patients without dental insurance, that was extremely helpful to me. The consultation went very smoothly but I have one big problem.When the dentist came in the room and reviewed my X-rays confirming my bottom left and right wisdom teeth are impacted he had let me know that their oral surgeon is only there ONCE a month.Now If you ever experienced wisdom teeth pain or any type of teeth pain then you know that this something that you want/need taken care of right away, not a MONTH from now. The dentist had also let me know that I have an infection in my gums due to the wisdom teeth and gave me a script for antibiotics. All the employees were very very kind.I really wish that they would let customers/patients know that they only have an oral surgeon ONCE a month ESPECIALLY if the customer/patient is telling you how much pain they’re in. Had I known, I would have went elsewhere.After my consultation I immediately called another company and they said they have an oral surgeon 4 days a week. Much better.Edit: I was correct! At the other better business I found nearby I was able to get all of my wisdom teeth removed 3 weeks sooner than this place! I was put on the cancellation list and again since the better location has multiple oral surgeons there 4 days a week, an opening came up quick! Just got them all removed 2 weeks ago.Also wanted to add that the dentist at aspen dental told me that I likely wouldn’t be able to find somewhere else who can do it sooner than they can lol. False!

Thankyou for working me into your schedule this morning. The tooth extraction experience was the most painful and traumatic oral experience that I have ever been subjected to, having had a few molar extractions. I also found the xray machine to be very uncomfortable as at my age, I am severely stooped, and the machine collided with my shoulders as it rotated around my head, making it difficult to remain stable.
