We just left the AT&T store at Berkshire Mall with our 2 new phones! Edwin was exceptionally helpful in setting up a new calling plan, new phones and accessories and making sure when we left the store that all our data transferred properly. Be sure to Look Edwin up next time you need a new phone!

We had a most pleasant and helpful experience today with Edwin. He made the process very painless, and explained everything very clearly. I would highly recommend buying your phone from Edwin at the store at the Berkshire Mall.

Getting a new phone can be a hassle sometimes but I got a new phone today & Tiara the sale clerk made the process so smooth & easy! I was out and ready to go within less than an hour! Thank you for great the service ?

If you’re a mobile phone user and tired of getting abused by your current service provider. If your looking for good customer service, Polite and respectful, considerate who will listen and provide options to fit your needs.. come to AT&T. Particularly the Wyomissing, Pa (inside the mall) location.. This young lady was a GLADIATOR!! We came in like an EMERGENCY Room patient! She went right to work. Even though the store was closing.. she was leaving no soldiers behind!! We walked out very satisfied and confident we’ll have great service going forward. GREAT JOB young lady.

I went here to get services with them. The agent that took care of me his name is Perets Sanon he told me I should be receiving a bill in 3 months to around $210 for those months because of the way he was able to set it up since I didn’t buy a new phone. Today I received a text message, not an email, or mail saying I am behind on my bill. I was supposed to be paying $70 a month and it says that I owe almost $100 and if I don’t pay it I am going to have to pay $35 to re activate my services. Thats what mobile phone service companies are for to steal your money. I only needed basic services. Thank you for taking advantage of me and lying
straight to my face.

I apologize for forgetting my AT&T employees name but he knows who he is because I told him I was super excited to leave him a review. But my boy with the braids that just got his line up on his lunch break was an absolute pleasure to work with! Super patient super knowledgeable super professional. 10/10

Absolutely horrible experience with this store/company. My sister and I have had active lines for over 10 years with ATT. Our Father was the owner due to our lines beginning when we were still Youth however he does not have an active line and does not make the payments. Due to extreme circumstances of sever abuse and harassment, we are no longer in contact with the owner of the account for our personal safety. We are Authorized Users and went into the store so that we could begin our own phone plan owned by us. We offered to pay off our phones, create a new plan with them or switch to a different carrier. They informed us that in order to do anything with our phones, we would have to contact and come in person to the store with our abuser. After many tears, they said that if we can have him come in alone, they can instruct him on how he can remove himself from the plan so that we can take over the payments/ownership. After contacting the police and other professionals to contact him in regard to this, we finally received a notice that he would be going into ATT to adjust the account. After all of this, we were informed that ATT did not have him remove himself as they told us they would. Instead, they had him continue to have us as Authorized Users so after many traumatic days of trying to find someone to contact the abuser, ATT did not withhold what they said to us in person. Our only option is to allow the bill to go to collections since the information is attached to the abusers name/social security and to start new with a different phone company. Hopefully one who does not advise victims to come in person to meet their abuser and one that does not lie about the process after days of telling us the specific steps to follow, which we did execute exactly as they instructed. In the end, we endured further abuse and harassment due to the negligence of ATT.

I was charged sales tax on my 15 pro at retail value without giving me credit for my $700 trade. I don’t think that is the right way to process the sale
