I truly enjoyed coming to the Salon. My hair looks beautiful 😍 thanks to Gabby and Christina did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. I got tinsel put in for the first time so I am not used to it. It was a bit much for me. I came back and Julie helped me. She is also great. The girls at the front desk, always pleasant and I always leave with a purchase. This time is was earrings. Love ❤️ them. Bell Tower Salon has a VERY GREAT TEAM of people working together. Thank you 😊

This was my first time getting my hair cut in years and I wanted to try out curtain bangs and lots of layers on my long hair (almost down to my butt). I’ve been so nervous but was recommended here by my mom! Gabby (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) was absolutely amazing!! She was very sweet and my hair looks absolutely fantastic, I could not be happier. If you too are someone who is nervous trying something new, I 100% recommend asking for gabby!!!

My daughter-in-law booked me an appointment there for a massage. It was my first time ever going there and I must say, I walked out of there feeling like a new woman! Autumn, Autumn, Autumn( Masseuse) you were AMAZING!! The amount of pressure you used on me was perfect. I WILL be back for another appointment with you. Keep rockin it girl?????♀️

My husband and I were just at Bell tower for a massage for us both and first we were told when we booked the massage a day before that the price for each of our massages, but when we checked out after the massage was $17 more. I don’t think that was right quoting us a price and then being told to pay more when no additional services were added. Also I think the tables /beds were not set up right, I think the head rests were too low we both have pain in the neck area 3 days later still and the only thing I can think of is due to the tables were not set up. We have had many massages before and very disappointed in Bell Tower and will not be using them anymore.

Me n my 3 daughter's went here to get cuts even shown pics n didn't get anythin that we ask for..to the point the person doin my hair couldn't get n said it a few times what I wanted even question what I wanted tell her y I wanted it n still didn't cut my hair the way I wanted n js told her it's fine n got up to pay n as I'm lookin at my girls cuts 1 person made my daughter look like Edna from the Incredible's movie on top of that ask for it to b shaved in the back n her line from long hair to shave is all mess up..next daughter didn't the style of look she wanted at all n blame the curls n didn't try to even style it at all ..my last daughter was supposed to get a little shave at the back of the neck which didn't happen n instead gave her a boy haircut wit a few long hairs in the front of her head n spend 236.00 plus was ask to leave a tip gave 60.00 for 296.00 when ask how did how was everything js said k so I can pay n leave cuz they wouldn't b able to fix what they did 2nd how the hell they charge me 47.00 for my haircut when it too more time on me for 2 mix short cuts n 63.00 for ea 1 of my girls cuts is insane never will go back to this place on top of that it looks so run down when u first pull up nothin like the pics on Google show ..yea looks nice inside but I guess that's all we r paying for n mind u these were lvl 2's for my kids n lvl 3 for me ..insane..they need to go back to school
Requested style: 2 mix Pixie hair cut, curly Bob, choppy wavy lob, add a Pic of last on that didn't even get shaved in the back that was left wit a boy cut n no little featherin above the shaved area where it should have been

I made an honest mistake to book an online appointment for the wrong date. Unfortunately I missed the appointment, not only they call me with a rude attitude and didn't even ask if I want to reschedule. Decide to give me a lecture on how they gonna keep the deposit because I was an idiot for not paying attention to the dates. Great way to keep customers, will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t thank Bell Tower Salon enough for the best experience. But most of all, THANK YOU to Chelsea! You’re a master @ your craft! You’re a wizard for blondes!! Thank you to Dee Dee (I hope I’m getting your name right). You’re the kindest soul ever.. Your words meant everything to me! Turning blonde is a process.. it’s chemistry. Takes several appts. & a great stylist that knows what they’re doing.
I came in w/the darkest brown (icky) hair, grey blah roots, & whatever else was slopped throughout this massive head of hair… & I left w/a consistent color.
Backstory: Being blonde my entire life & after a horrid mix up in color in 2020 w/another stylist (not @ Bell Tower), my blonde hair was no more.
I can’t wait for the final result. Looking forward to my next appt.
