“Shop was very accommodating. I arrived in the early afternoon picked out a bike that needed assembly. I mentioned I lived over an hour away and they quickly got it done by the time I was done having lunch. Velotric Discover 3 is also a great bike.”
“So I did not go into the shop, but my dad took my bike in while I was visiting him, and I’m very pleased! It was done by lunchtime that same day. The pricing is affordable (compared to bike shops around the city I’m from), and the feel and even sound of my bike is night and day! Very pleased.”
“JB's shop is always a pleasure to visit. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, personal service, and a wide selection of bikes, components, and accessories. This year Justin did a major drivetrain upgrade. He installed new STI shift levers, cassette, chain, and chainrings. The new setup was dialed in and felt like a new bike. The repair was significantly higher priced than other shops, but the experience wouldn't have been the same.”

“Professional, speedy, passionate about all things bikes. Store owner and manager reassembled my bike after shipping it back from overseas and gave it a complete check. All done in just a few hours so I could get back on the road ASAP. Couldn’t be happier with the service at Go Grava.”
