Boot Barn is a great place for Western wear, especially women’s clothes. Everything’s over $50, but the quality is worth it. They have a nice selection of boots, jeans, and hats. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making it easy to find the right style. Perfect for anyone looking for a true Western vibe!

They have good clothing options but whenever I’m at the belt section I feel like I’m always being stared at by the register girl (Abby) and when it came to checking out she didn’t even greet me or anything and she talked very low I could barely hear what she said and didn’t even say thank you or anything nice. This place could be alot better if they had a better staff.

My girlfriend and I went to visit this store for the first time. Very cool store. There were too many things we wanted to buy lol! A lot of the reviews list about pricing, which the prices are high, but that's normal in the world of western wear. We will be back to look at the boots once more. The staff there was very nice and friendly. We were asked if we needed any help, and left to do our own looking around. There was a gentleman there, which we presume was a general manager of some sort. He was keeping a good eye on the store, and seemed knowledgeable on the products being sold. He helped out a couple customers here and there, and seemed like a very nice person. We had no issue with customer service. In fact I signed up for the rewards program right then and there. We left the store with a hat that I bought! Will definitely go again.

Some of the stuff here is very expensive. I was able to find boots that were affordable. Some of the boots were like $400, probably higher too. Clean store though. A guy who I assume was a store manager kept watching me and asking me if I needed help. I was in there for a pretty decent amount of time trying to find exactly what I wanted. Idk if he thinks people are stealing but I wasn't obviously. Overall a strange group of people working here

I'm picky about my work shoes as I have wide feet . it's rare for me to find more then one option. Here I did find about three. Staff was helpful and friendly.
