Seeing from other reviews about being prompted by security person. The security person stopped me and asked me if I work at the store. She told me to wait for a minute so they can let me through. I didn't even bother to wait, I just left because of this process. There is no reason to block off the entrance. Even if this is for security reasons, it is completely over the top and unnecessary.

I did not mind the security guard as unfortunately theft is real, not only at Burlington but every store. The store looked like a disaster, isles littered with things all over the floor. Shelves were messy and not organized at all. Just a dirty looking store. Total mess, no bags were available to put my purchases in at check out. Front cashier was very nice and seemed embarrassed . Who in the world is the manager of this store? No pride has been taken in how the store looks. This will keep me away from Burlington as there are plenty of other places to shop. What a shame , staff should be held accountable.

I miss Burlington at the Fairgrounds Mall and where it was originally there clothes rocked the show!!! Thosreclothes today are horrible !

Treated like a criminal before even walking in. You really need a rope and a security guard for offbrand, shitty clothing? No, thank you, won't be back.

Went in to browse at 9:30am on a weekday after dropping my son off at daycare. Was greeted at the store entrance being completely blocked and an employee who told me to “smile nice and big” for the security camera before he unchained the entrance and let me in. Then as I browsed for about twenty minutes or so I was very obviously followed by employees trying to appear “busy” around me. The store was pretty dead. I’m a plain white dad in my 30s, if you have such a bad theft problem that you’re ruining the shopping experience for literally every customer you let in the store, maybe you shouldn’t have a location there at all. Because clearly, wyomissing, clearly the crime capital of PA - suspect everyone right? Psshh. Glad I have like 5 other places I can go in the immediate vicinity instead, cause you guys SUCK

When I entered this Burlington location, I was stopped in a roped-off area and asked by security to look up at the cameras before being allowed inside. This was unusual and uncomfortable, as I’ve never encountered this at any other store—including other Burlington locations nearby. The experience left me feeling singled out, and whether intentional or not, it did not feel welcoming. Because of this, I will not be returning to this store.

To ask customers to look up at the cameras before getting in the store is absolutely ridiculous if stealing is that damn bad hire more security I'm not going to this location again!!!

I love this store! The employee Kahmya helped me find an outfit for an upcoming concert and we connected super quickly. Props to her because now I have everything I need 🥰.
