I had a disappointing and strange experience with this company, I would recommend considering alternative options for yourself and your loved ones. One should also not apply to work for this company. My time was completely wasted when speaking to this company. Communication was strongly lacking and I was misled and lied to throughout the entire process of speaking with this company by Candice Newton. I'm not sure if this is even a legitimate company, after they get all of your personal information they stop calling or having any contact with you. Stay far away from Modivcare/ Caregivers America!

Been working with them for years, great agency to work with, I have my mom with them to be taken care of and my sister working for them as well?, never have I regretted the decision to change my mom from the agency she had before to them.

Amazing home health care agency! Professional, high quality, and most importantly caring. Great office staff and well trained home care aides. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your family, friend, and/or patient are given the care they need to remain in their own homes and communities. A truly high level agency!

I HAVE WORKED WITH MANY AGENTS BUT CAREGIVERS OF AMERICA IS ONE OF THE BEST ONES I HAVE WORKED FOR. EVERYONE IS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. ANYTIME I HAVE A QUESTION OR PROBLEM THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO WALK ME THROUGH IT. THEY ARE GOOD ON RETURNING EMAILING/ CALLS.. I WOULD RECOMMEND CAREGIVERS OF AMERICA TO ANYONE THAT LOVE TO WORK IN THIS FIELD. HOLLY YOUR A BLESSING TO ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES.

No one is ever in the office so expect a call or should I say text, several days later. Very unprofessional agency.
