I'm really surprised by some of these negative reviews, I have always had amazing experiences at Citizens and in particular this branch. Thank u to Michael Byrne for catching a fraudulent check written on my account. He called me and I confirmed that the check was fraud.Michael and his team did an excellent job. Glad I bank at Citizens who have excellent associates.
