I went with my daughter and it was fast. The personal was very friendly with her. The place is cleaned and it has a playroom for kids.

I really liked the atmosphere of Granite Point, the staff were really friendly, helpful, and personable! Dr. Altman was amazing from my consultation, to surgery, and even after surgery! He was very informative of both procedures that they offer even though I was not eligible for Lasik but I was eligible for PRK. I would highly recommend going here it was an amazing experience overall! I would not have dreamed of going anywhere else for my procedure!

Have called 3 times to make an appointment due to worsening vision after migraines w aura and got voicemail all 3 times. I was only reached out to once by them and told to call again. I called about an hour later after the voicemail (I went to get food so couldn’t pick up) and got voicemail again. Extremely upsetting especially for someone needing to go back to college soon and struggling to do work due to such vision problems.

My almost 2 year old had an eye incident and I needed to get him in ASAP to make sure everything was ok. I was directed to Granite Point and they made arrangements to get me in immediately. We were taken back as soon as we got checked in and saw Dr. Smith shortly after who was very kind, informative, and helpful. Appreciate their concern and quick action so much.

I've had recent cataract surgery with Dr. Nemani. He's just been so great. Very pleasant personality. Very informative. Listens carefully to questions and concerns and provides information and suggestions. My friends and I were very impressed that he called me the day before the first surgery--a Sunday afternoon--to review changes I'd made in the type of lens I'd chosen. He wanted to make sure I understood how the lens might affect my vision. The entire process from beginning to end is so well organized and efficient. And Dr. Nemani is wonderful. Very impressive.

LOVE IT! The outstanding service from all the staff, especially from Nicole. She always makes sure I feel comfortable during the testing. Hear carefully about my concerns and the process I have done before coming here and all of that. Thank you, Nicole. It was a great visit, and every test was done the right way. Taking her time with me and my tired eyes. Thank you.
And Dr. Shah is AMAZING! Give you the opportunity to ask questions, and take the time to answer all your questions. Very professional. Thank you, and for the referral as well.

The wait times are ridiculous. No one should have to wait 35 minutes for their scheduled appointment, then taken back to the room to start the appointment and then told to wait in the waiting room because 5 more people were ahead of you. At checkout I asked when I could come back and be seen on time and the receptionist laughed and said "it's always like this in the afternoon". Horrible customer service. There are a few nurses that had great chairside manner but it was few and far in between that you found someone who was approachable and friendly.

Extremely pleased with my experience at this practice over the years. Doctors, staff and surgical center are the best. I appreciate their knowledge, expertise. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else when it comes to my eyes. Thank you Dr. Altman, Dr. Malloy and Dr. Kauffman for all your help in keeping my eyes healthy!

My eye doctor in pottstown had told me to get extra tests from eye consultants after my regular eye exam before Christmas. He said that they would get in touch with me the first week of the new year. Of course I didn't hear anything back until I called on Jan 11th and they made an appointment for me on Jan 30th. I had received generic paperwork in the mail to bring to the appointment which did not specify which location I would be at as I assumed that it would be in pottstown as my eye doctor is located there and told me my appointment would be there. I received a reminder call 4 days before the appointment which was generic and did not give the location of the service as I still thought it would be in pottstown. I went to the appointment and was rudely told " your appointment is in wyomissing ."
I also couldn't get another appointment till February 27th which is ridiculous to wait that long. I am extremely disappointed with your company and if I can find another eye place to perform the tests my eye doctor ordered I certainly will.

The moment I met Dr. Primick, he assured me everything was going to be fine. The professionalism of the team was terrific. The nursing staff right before the procedure made jokes so I would relax. I want to say thank you for doing a fantastic job!

I am so grateful I had Dr Altman for my PRK eye surgery. I had been considering laser eye surgery for several years. And after meeting with the Eye consultants of PA team I felt so relaxed and excited to have it there. Both my brother and sister in law had Dr Altman and they also had nothing but great things to say.
Every appointment I had leading up to the surgery all employees were incredibly supportive, patient, and helpful for answering all my questions. During the procedure Dr. Altman made me feel incredibly relaxed and told me exactly what was happening the entire way. He does excellent work!

Setting up and getting the Lasik procedure was very quick and easy. The procedure was scheduled almost immediately following my initial appointment to ask about it. Marissa answered every question and was flexible in scheduling each post-op. Dr. Altman's knowledge, skill, and expertise gained my confidence from the first meeting. The surgery went very smoothly. Highly recommend!
