We take our tax bills in to be paid from our escrow account. A couple times now the staff at this branch will not submit the bill to be paid immediately, if at all. We take it in to get the discounted rate and end up having to pay the normal rate or the late rate. We took the tax bill in to this branch in this July and they still haven't paid it yet. Had to contact corporate. Incompetent lot at this branch.

A bank that serves the purpose.. I opened an account at diamond credit union and it's a much better experience. I personally don't think fnb disclosed info on account fees well enough.

Called due to some suspicious activity on my bank account. Whomever I spoke to asked for my social, date of birth, full name, & address. Which made me feel uncomfortable to give over the phone, Never asked for my bank account number. Once I told him my reason for calling he told me he did not understand what I wanted him to do about it. Once transferred to fraud claims & explained again why I was calling and explained my account was overcharged she told me I had two options: “1. Get over it… or 2. I would have to go down to the office so they can close the account & make a report. And for x amount of dollars did I really want to do that.” Unbeknownst to her, that x amount of dollars could’ve been all I had left to feed my family. As my bank for 13 years I expected more than “get over it” no matter the amount!

I’ve been banking w FNB for more than 10yrs and the customer service has been outstanding especially with the staff at this branch.Whether it’s in-person or via email, they have always provided assistance and helped meet deadlines.

One star is too much, it should be zero. I have given this bank way more chances than they deserve, I closed out my account with them because of their poor customer service and the way they treat their customers. This branch is not the only one, it seems like the general culture throughout all their branches is just literal garbage. After closing my account I attempted to do business with this company two more times, I don't know how I let myself fall back into it because every experience was not pleasant. Strike three you are out, I am done with this bank and I will make sure to tell as many people as I can to never do business with FNB.

This branch is rude ! The people that work there have the worst customer service. They don’t care who you are, they will speak to you how ever. Switching banks!!!

I will no longer do business with this branch as a matter of fact I will be going else where all together and take my business to another bank. Loan department knows nothing other then take your info, charge you to run your credit and effect your credit score. All for something that could have been avoided if they knew anything.

I have had my accounts with FNB for a while now, including my car loan. I contacted them last Wednesday morning (today is Tuesday) to inquire about an overdraft fee that was charged when there was actually money in my account. I was told that someone would contact me in 1-2 business days. I did not hear back and had to call them myself to inquire. The woman who answered told me that my request had been denied and said that there was no one I could speak to about it, nor could anyone call me back to talk about it. I am very upset about the lack of communication, the incorrect charges, and the level of rudeness from the woman on the phone. I will be switching all of my accounts as I have never received such lack of professionalism from a bank...not to mention they stole my money! I would not recommend this bank and would instead seek better options!

First bank I’ve ever had the (dis)pleasure of doing business with. I waited on the drive thru a good 20 minutes ,not to mention I was the only car. When the woman finally came to the speaker all she asked is, “can I help you with something?” Of course you can!!!! I’m just there to sit there for nothing. Then when I went to say something about how long they had me waiting all she could say was , “well, we are busy in here with customers.” Excuse me, but I’m a customer too and just as important as any customer you may have been with inside. I guarantee you no one has ever waited this long to get waited on. If you are that busy don’t you think you would have more people working on a busy weekend day? What gets me mad, is the attitude of the banker. You should be more professional than that. How bout an apology for having a customer wait over 20 minutes? That would’ve gotten you far with me , but clearly it’s not important. What a shame First National, better get more representatives that actually care about a client, their business, and their time. Wait time is completely unacceptable! I Will not be returning to this branch.
