Staff is disrespectful and downright ignorant. Save your money and go elsewhere. Drove 40 minutes to get a hoodie for a Christmas hoodie showed as available online. Went to the store and the staff laughed and were very smug and said it was not in stock. I called the next day to cancel my order and an associate said they had one in stock. I'll never buy from this footlocker or any footlocker after this experience.

Very sad to see the store getting emptier and emptier. I really hope this store doesn't close along with so many others in the Berkshire Mall. Their se l ecrion was still decent when it came to sneakers. Sadly the sneakers my son wanted were at DLTR instead.
