Me and my friend walked into the store and a guy asked if we needed helped and politely declined my friend made a face regarding the fact that it smelled and a lady thought it was appropriate for her to make a snarky comment saying “it’s his job to ask that question” as if we weren’t aware that he was just doing his job. Very rude and will NEVER be coming back

I frequent the store enough that one of the guys who works there (not sure his name, but he has a beard) recognizes me and we always have interesting conversations, so he automatically makes the place better. However, because many of the foods/drinks are international, their prices are a bit outrageous, but I guess it's understandable. Other than that, the only other issue is that the employees will borderline harass you to sign up for their 30 day trial at checkout. I was made very uncomfortable when I said no to it and a female employee incessantly said "are you sure?" and continued to incentivize me into signing up for it. I ended up having to say no to her 4 total times and it was rather awkward. Otherwise FYE is a decent store that I enjoy my visits to.

Went in with a friend who racked up on the buy one get half off deal they had on sweatshirts and hoodies and t-shirts and then they also had a 75% off deal going on too. I didn't really have interest in being in there but did look around nothing about my eye but was clean organized employee seem very friendly

One of the workers signed me up for a subscription I didn’t even consent for. They asked me for my info telling me I get a deal, but really it was to subscribe for some VIP mess. They showed me how to unsubscribe and I did, ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO and I was STILL getting charged. I’m not mad at the worker, im mad at the fact that it never canceled when I unsubscribed. I can count on 1 hand how many times I shopped there and I will forever hate this store now.
