I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help. Top notch customer service in my book. He told me he had to drop off what he was picking up but he would come back to help me. His name was Aaron. Aaron was SOO HELPFUL! He took the time to answer my questions and complete my order for me. Truly the BEST!

I've only been in this particular area for around 7 Weeks; but this Home Depot actually has Customer Service that responds to what your asking or inquiring about. That ALONE put this store in the top bracket compared to other Home Depot's ive seen and been to.

Terrible customer service in regards to window coverings installation. (Blinds, shades, etc) I could not get a call back after three attempts. Then when I went to the Wyomissing store on Saturday, the computer showed that installation was scheduled for Monday. one of us is still working from home so we would be fine. Otherwise, no one would have been home. The entire process took 12 weeks. Ridiculous.

Do not buy anything from the Home Depot in Wyomissing Pennsylvania. They sell damaged products and then when you call them and get loud with them on the phone, they then accuse you of threatening employees. I never once threatened an employee. I was angry because they recommended a countertop company that was not good and when I asked them to step in and help they wanted nothing to do with me. Would you be angry if you spent $4,000 on counter top and got bad service? Now this is the best. Two days later I unpacked a wall oven that they damaged. They forgot to take off the plastic piece that holds the price tag. It's approximately 6" x 4". It's on the front glass oven door and won't come off. I bought the floor model and paid $800. When I called the store they said to me repeatedly, It's a floor model. It's not my fault when they wrapped it up they left the plastic tag holder on the front glass door and again they did nothing to fix it. Check out the photo. This is what they left glued to the glass door and now they won't fix it.

This Home Depot is sad I will not step foot in again. I was going to buy a water softener and was inquiring about installation and both staff member assigned to the area had no clue of the item they are selling. I was referred to the customer service area to have them locate the plumber on duty who supposedly could help me with my questions because he went over his lunch time and should be working the isle were the water softener was located. Well the customer service lady asked us to step aside and took care of the next customer after me and forgot about taking care of finding someone to help me with the purchase of the water softener until approximately 5 minutes after we ask once more for help. She apparently got untouched with the plumber to assist us with our purchase but he felt his extended lunch was more important than customer service. That is the worst customer service I ever gotten from a business, Home Depot lost a customer to Lowe's for better customer service.

I purchased 4 simple products online with the hope that it would be ready for me to pick up in a timely fashion. 6 hours later and a phone call to help line still not ready. I don't know why I decided on Home Depot since I have always gotten better service at Lowe's.Live and learn.

Don't buy a "floor model" shed. The company that they contract with is lousy and they can do nothing about it (just take the money that u paid). It took 2 months to get a shed that was paid for and sitting in their lot!

Veterans go to Lowe's. I am a desert storm veteran but do not qualify for HD's discounts. And Lowe's has a parking spot for us. All major purchases through Lowe's. Tell your buddies.

I'm a frequent visitor of this store. Ross at the garden section is a very quality employee. He's very efficient at helping me find what I'm looking even for items in the other departments. They need to have more people like him working here.

I went to the Home Depot in Wyomissing to order carpet on Wed. I paid a deposit and scheduled the "day" (Friday) I could be home for the measurement to be taken. The could not give me a window of time, they said you will get a call that day letting you know when they will come. I got a call from Erin in carpeting, on Friday (they day they were coming to measure) saying there was a "glitch" in the system. She wanted my cc again. I logged into my bank account and I see the payment was processed. She agreed it was paid but she needed my card number again. Then she called back and said she was sorry for the "glitch", she does see they payment was made, I won't be charged twice, but we will have to reschedule the measurement for tomorrow or sometime next week. Who has time for this!?!? I already rearranged my schedule to be here all day TODAY and I get a call at 11:20 am saying we have to reschedule. Seriously reconsidering moving forward with this carpet. Maybe I should take today to go carpet shopping!!

I typically go to Lowe's for everything, but Home Depot is the only place I could find split rails for my fence. 2 cashiers in the garden center. One is open with a long line of people. The other register not even open. I stood in line with an 11' rail with my husband and 3 more sets of customers as we watched ( and waited) for 2 other sales people to chat. Thankfully I don't need to go back there any time soon!
