Had a bit of a medical emergency when my thumb busted open. Thanks to everyone who helped me. Got three pairs of converse from there too. Overall 10/10. If anyone who was there is reading this I’m sorry ??

I order a pair of uggs in store they told me it would be delivered in 3-8 business days they never showed up so I called asking when they would arrive and they were very rude saying it was on back order and we would get a check in the mall. This is something the store should give us a call about and tell us immediately if they know we spend almost $200 at a store the least they can do is let you know that they will not be sent out

Please give Jesse from Team 478 a raise or something! They were the NICEST human ever! So helpful and such a positive attitude. My dog ate my UGGS and I came in to get more and they even wrote a silly letter to him to not eat this pair lol!

I was coming to the store to try to exchange a pair of vans for my nephews birthday. I asked about having a certain style and if they could look in the back. Unfortunately the worker with the long brunette hair on the left register snapped about them not having them without even looking.The women with highlights was kind enough to look and she did not have them (which is fine) I was told to go to the kids store instead with attitude from the original worker. I left the store unhappy with the customer service in this store. I was a retail manager for a number of years and my employees wouldn’t speak to a customer the way they did.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Jin, the “manager” has been intentionally utilizing the dead name of her employees and misgendering an employee that works there. Not only that but she can be found sitting behind the counter, constantly on her phone, sitting on the sales floor, leaving minors unattended in the stores, and more. My friend who works there has informed the district manager, Steve, and he hasn’t done anything to help remedy the situation. He simply tells people it “isn’t their circus”.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The managers are worst then the employees. I’ve shopped here multiple times and always a disaster. Never again!!!!

I had to go into Journeys for a return because my online order got mixed up. It was definitely not a straight forward return but the gal at the counter and the manager were so unbelievably helpful!! I wish I got their names because I was so blown away by their customer service!!! I would give ten stars if I could.

We started in the kids section but my son complained they were too tight and sent over to adults. They didn't know that when you go up , you font go to next number so my size 5 1/2kid was trying on 8's.We were still having trouble when the manager came in. She measured his foot and was able to determine he had a high arch making his choice of Vans not feasible. We found 2 other pairs of shoes . In todays world of no customer services, no one knows the product and barely a hello, the manager and all the woman in this store were FABULOUS. I wrote to Journeys corporate as well. Nice to know you can still go to a store and get useful help and smiles. Great job ladies.
