Absolute Best Place to go. The price is right and they do designs for really cheap. And they listen to what you want. Also the designs are precise on the nails. Will never go anywhere but here

I’ve been coming here for about 8 months now, I leave happy every single time. Shape is always on point, any design I’ve wanted has been beautiful, and prices are always reasonable.

They do an awesome job! She took her time and my nails look awesome! Very reasonable and fair price! Just received a basic manicure which is hard to find someone who does this well and at a reasonable price anymore. Highly recommend!

i went to have acrylic polish removed and the tech filed the polish and my nails until they were damaged and are now growing in deformed. I did report it but never heard back

I've been getting my nails done here since 2020 & love this place! I get a dip service on my natural nails & they last upto a month!!! They do whatever i ask--there's nothing they won't try regarding the nail art i show them! The quality of their work is superior to most other nail salons & they DON'T CHANGE THE PRICE EVERYTIME you go there like many nail salons I've been to.

Horrible service. Very dirty. All the guy does is say hateful things and gossip about everything and everyone which is not a good experience if you're going for a good vibe. The lady did my eyebrows and they were completely out of shape from what I am use to and when I told her they look horrible and that I didn't like it she still charged me for something that looks horrible on MY face which is ridiculous.

I've been going to them since they opened and I've NEVER been disappointed!!!! The quality, expertise, talent, and kindness of the owners is amazing!!!!! They always knock it out of the park!!!! I've recently tried the full gel nails and they are amazing!!!! They stay on for a month or more, stay shiny, don't chip, and don't lift!! I highly recommend going here! Just keep in mind- this kind of quality takes time, they don't rush and it's worth it!!!

First off love the wife and wife's mother. Although Having a scheduled appointment but sitting for an hour plus does not fly with me each and every time. My very last appointment was interrupted and the owner, Bao Dao, called me an asshole. Once to another customer and once to my face...I wonder who is paying who. Be sure to have venom in order to supposedly gift them your service!

This is the best place to come to for people who really care about your nails. I get dip on my nails and they take their time and make sure every little bump in my nails are nice and smooth, since I have brittle nails. They always make my nails look gorgeous. Definitely recommend them.Service: Dip powder

*Karen Mode Activate*Okay so I have given this salon a few shots , my first time being here everything turned out great. Went for a refill it was done great last me about 3 weeks . Second time around I wasn’t too lucky , the young lady working on my refill was sweet and took her time but my nails ended up being different lengths literally all my nails were different lengths. The girl must’ve been new as I have never seen her there. Today 6/10/23 was my 3rd visit. I was taken care of by the gentleman who is there 25/8 . To start off I called and asked if they do walk ins in which they replied yes . I got there in less than 10 min and took a seat . About 10-15 min another lady walks in who I assume is a regular by the way she held a convo with the same gentlemen. In my head I was already thinking if they serve her first I’m leaving because “First come first serve” right ? We ended up getting up at the same time but she ended up getting serviced first as I had to wait for the gentleman to finish up another young ladies full set . As he is sanding off my old gel he tells me that my nails were done horribly before I proceed to tell him “yes it’s been about 3 weeks “ he then tells me that the bottoms are dirty and I explain to him that my nails are exposed to the elements I work in a restaurant as well so they won’t be perfect also I explained to him that they are exposed to some heat strong enough which would cause them to change shape and possibly leave burn marks which would explain the horrible shape they were in. He then had nothing to say after I explained why they would be in such bad condition . He tried to give the impression that he knows everything about nails which I didn’t appreciate considering the fact that he doesn’t know my nails are exposed to heat sometimes. If he knew the slightest bit about nails he’d know that my nails grow downward and he has to sand them a specific way to get them to the perfect height and shape which he failed to do . I walked out with my nails looking exactly like they did they last time I got them done at QUEEN NAILS in Reading *shout out to Queen* who have been my go to nail place for the last 11 years. Also you don’t have to wait as they are by appointment .

Poor quality! And at the end got charge for shaping my nails?! What nail salon charges for round nails?! I was told it takes a special technique, we’ll he didn’t know the technique because none of them match! Many more salons in the area, this one is a joke! Won’t be returning!Services: Manicure
