Great shopping experience!! Chelsea was extremely helpful. She gave us space to look around without being pushy or right over our shoulder the whole time but was attentive when we had a question and to offer us different choices of fabrics. When we sat down to price out what we had picked she wasn’t forceful at all about trying to get us to order it right then she said she totally understood us wanting to take a little bit to think about it. Giving us that no pressure freedom to think actually helped nudge us to go back and place the order later that afternoon. Lazy Boy is definitely pricier than other furniture stores but they have a great selection, quality furniture, and the best part is that you can customize anything the way you want to best fit your space and style. You get what you pay for and I’m so happy we chose Lazy Boy Wyo can’t wait for my new furniture to arrive!
