Terrible service! The lab tech had terrible communication skills and looked very unprofessional and dirty!

Talk about rocking a one-woman lab! I was the fourth person in line at 6:45 AM. She arrived and opened on-time. I got checked in and sat in the waiting room while four more people arrived and checked into the kiosk. At 7:20 I was beginning to believe she was the only one that showed up to work today since the first gentleman was still sitting and waiting to get stuck. To my surprise, she then left the reception desk and went into the room to collect patients samples! She is the phlebotomist! This poor woman is doing the job of two people All by herself! She deserves a raise, especially when you got to deal with cranky people who have been fasting for these labs! She kept a professional and friendly attitude. I wish I had gotten her name.

Been here a few times for bloodwork and haven't had any problems. The location is convenient enough and checking in is a breeze. Walk-in's are allowed, it says it on the website and in the emails that I get. I would make an appointment but there are usually never time slots available in the early morning so I choose to walk-in at opening time. It's always been a different phlebotomist when I've been there. At my most recent visit it was with Crystal I believe (one with piercings). She seemed very kind and careful, I barely felt the needle go in. For anyone that plans to stop in for drug screening, the hours for that are different (8:00-11:00am). There was a guy that arrived after me that was told to come back later because it wasn't 8:00am yet.

I haven’t had an issue in the past other than the fact it was hard to find the first time I came here. But this place apparently has a high turn over and you rarely have the same tech twice.I had blood drawn twice this month and had the same tech twice now. First time it was okay for the most part. A little rough but nothing I couldn’t handle. This time was horrible. She was on the phone (she had it on speaker so I heard the entire conversation). She was obviously more concerned about her child at daycare than doing her job. And I get that. But step away from the job and take care of your family and yourself. Let someone else do the work. She rammed the needle into me. Was moving it around the enitre time blood was being drawn. Then yanked it out so quickly the pain was so intense. I have never been hurt like this having blood drawn. The entire procedure was a total wreck. One that I unfortunately now have to feel the rest of the day. It is over an hour since this happened and I still cannot use my right arm. How am I going to do my work now? All because she didn’t step away to deal with personal issues I have to suffer with pain shooting down my forearm and lose a days pay.

On 11/15 I was told that this location accepts walk-ins. I went online and checked the hours. I went at my lunchtime only to find out they are closed for lunch. This needs to be posted online!! I went back 2 hours later and found out they do not accept walk-ins. I scheduled an appointment for 9:45 the next day. I specifically selected the option for Pre-Employment Drug Testing.I arrived at 9:30 on 11/16 and clicked on the link to check-in. The webpage that I was directed to said that it was "Processing" my request. After several minutes, I went inside. A woman in there said that the internet in the area has been down for days, which is why my appointment would load. That is INCORRECT. The internet is fine in the area. How would she know what ISP I was using anyway?? She very rudely asked me what I was there for. She told me that their system for Drug Testing has been down for a week and they can't help me. Why was it an option when I scheduled the appointment??? Why didn't someone contact me to tell me that they couldn't help me??I wouldn't use LabCorp again if my life depended on it. The staff is incompetent and rude.

I took my 14 year old daughter to get her bloodwork done and she was really nervous about it going in. First off, our appointment was for 1:30 and we were 10 minutes early and we didn't get our actual blood taken until 1:50. He took his time putting all her info into the computer and when I asked he told me to be quiet and we were making him nervous. Then when he took her bloodwork he grabbed her arm aggressively and squeezed it tightly, overly tightly. In the moment, I just wanted my daughter to stay calm and the whole situation was so awful. she is now terrified to ever go back and we will never go back there. I wish I knew the man's name that took her blood, he should be doing something else with his life and not anything around children.

Have been taking my mother here for 3 years and the staff is always friendly, very professional and competent and we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, if that.

I have high anxiety with getting blood work. I let the person taking my blood know about this & I would likely pass out. I had a lot of labs ordered and was very anxious. The man drawing my blood was calm, kept talking to me, and I did not pass out. It was painless with him finding my vein easily. I appreciate how calm this man was when there was a handful other people in the waiting room after me. This was the first time I did not pass out when getting blood work. I would recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure your time slot!

Lab tech had a negative attitude. She made me feel stupid for not knowing drug screening was 7-11 AM, yet I don’t see that posted anywhere. Was huffing and puffing over something on the computer when preparing the labels for the blood work. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her even though it’s her job to be there. She went too quick and ended up hurting me in the process of drawing blood. She finished my blood work and threw the tourniquet a few feet, hitting off the wall, and then going into the trash can. Real professional.

It is really sad when you have a scheduled appointment and find that the other people waiting have been waiting for almost 2 hours. Why cant they staff the place with 2 employees instead if just one?
