I was welcomed by the staff at LensCrafters. The staff was very curtious.
I was given the initial eye exam and everything was explained what each test was. Then the doctor who tested me for which strength of lense was needed. Then
the gentleman who helped me with which
style,brand of frame and the type of lense.
The price of new glasses is well worth it

I used Lenscrafters regularly 20 years ago for multiple pairs of glasses. Those were the days when you got your glasses in 1 hour. Always excellent service. Now on, 07/16/24 I return as my 2004 cataract surgery and my age has created the need for glasses once again in 2024. The service was excellent! Yes, some things have changed such as the 1 hour service, but the quality and professionalism of the service is still the same. My salesperson was Martin and a real pleasure to deal with! The only thing that was disappointing was that I only purchased lenses! Having brought along a high-quality frame originally purchased at Lenscrafters in 2004. Even with some helpful insurance was the huge price! $681.67 before insurance and $385.36 after insurance and the smoke cleared.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received from the first female attendant who helped me get started seeing the doctor and the excellent assistance provided by Kristin. All the staff members I interacted with were highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The lady that examined my son's eyes was impatient and intimidating. She told my son if u don't open your eyes or keep your head still we have to cancel the appt. This was 5 min into the examination. Why couldn't she be more patient with a child? I took an Uber to this appt and to hear that really upset me. They had to get someone else to do his exam because she couldn't get it right. His glasses were ready for pick up and I didn't even want to go get them because I didn't want to see her. I won't be going back.

I ordered new glasses and was notified they had arrived and so I went to pick them up only to learn the glasses were not the correct frames I purchased. No bueno. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location
