This trip to the store, the guy working the morning of 6/15/24, was a flat out liar. I have an account with Metro and my in-laws are on my plan. My father-in-law needs a very basic flip phone, which he has gotten through them before, and they had one on display. This employee had the nerve to tell me that no Metro stores carry flip phones and that he couldn't help us. I called another store nearby who told me they have two in stock. I have never had an issue with the company itself, but this employee deserves to be fired and should not work in retail as he is not an honest person.

Setting up the phone was easy but I noticed that they have that same phones there almost for a year I seen and phone I bought two years ago there still and they act like they don't want to help you set the phone up over all a two

My boyfriend and I made three trips to this location to get him his own phone line transferred from Xfinity. The first time the man at the counter said he couldn’t help until we had a transfer pin. When I got my phone transferred two years ago to metro, the worker was kind enough to help me through the process. The second time we came in it was an hour before the store closed and he said he couldn’t help because he closed his computer already. The third time he blatantly said he didn’t know the options for phone plans… the guy was clueless and unprofessional.

I've been with Metro since 2011 and last night I went to the store in the Berkshire mall and Mike helped me with a phone change, he was so nice and very good at his job!!! Very refreshing to see someone who goes the extra mile to make customers happy!!!!

I went to the store for assistance with my new cell phone. I was having issues transferring my new Facebook account. After going to 4 MetroPCS stores in which I was told it can not be done without my passcode; MIKE at Berkshire Mall Metro PCS had my Facebook account transferred within 30 minutes.He was professional, polite, very knowledgeable about technical issues and very personable. He displayed Superior customer service Way Beyond my expectation.I highly recommend this store and Mike for any purchases or issues you may have with your phone. He is truly an expert. Thank you.

DON GO THERE, Worst experience, doesn't even deserve one star, careful with Mike and Michael at store, charge for things that supposedly are included like the screen protector, we tried to get a refund for one cellphone, according the envoice and the contract on it, we were on time to return the item, but they didn't care, they said they wouldn't return any money, we had to call the police to show them the receipt, anyway we had to call distric manager to get our money back, is terrible to see this things happening in this country, and even worse with the store where I've been expending our money HIRE THIS KIND OF PEOPLE, they have no manners and have no idea about respect or customer service,

Got scammed went to get my number transferred to a different carrier because my old one broke. Had a flip phone activated to recover my old number and they gave me a flip phone with a completely new number than my old one and said they couldn't give me a receipt. Thanks man

I went to this store on Saturday to purchase a new phone. The trip was overall pleasant. The staff was nice enough, however they are scammers. The young lady who helped me was very nice and gave me multiple item for free or so I thought. She asked me if I wanted a case for my phone and told me it comes with a screen protector. She never told me that I would be charged for theses Items. She never told me a price. Even when she gave me a total and I asked her what the price included she said nothing about the screen protector or the phone case she said fees such as sim card, transfer, and a feature change. Her being the employee I say okay it sounds legit. I know when changing over a phone fees come with it. She completely lied. there was no fee for a sim card nor a transfer fee. there is a feature change fee but the other fees on my receipt are for a screen protector I did not ask for, because she told me it came with one.(I was surprised too). and a phone case I though was for free, because that's what she said. She also gave me a pop up and a selfie light. Again, she asked me if I wanted them for free. Please save yourself the trouble of being swindled out of your money by theses employees in this store they are liars and manipulators. STAY AWAY!!!!

Straight to what I need. But, could have added suggested buys to the main purchase, or common sense like items to add to the main bill. For some reason any time I go to a metro place, they always forget to ask before ringing you up, the first time, in the first purchase.
