  I had stopped at Wyomissing M and T bank , after getting treated very poorly at 5th St location. I needed bank statements so I could get health insurance. The ladies there where so respectful and addressed everything I needed. Wish all customer service was this great. I believe it was Tuesday June 24th 2025. Thank you... read full comment

  Everyone there is so nice and welcoming!! I enjoy coming and seeing how well everyone is treated especially myself! Never have to wait too long and if I do, there is a good reason and obvious line!
