I've been seeing Dr. Ventuzelo at the Family Practice here, she's nice and knowledgeable. It's a shame that the doctors are so rushed - I believe it's 15 min appointment windows? I've received more time with other PSH Specialists I've seen, but I believe that's the nature of billing-for-time regarding Primary care vs specialty physicians (I'm told). Dr. V is cool and helped manage my leave papers, receptionists have upped their game... used to be threadbare here a year ago and I would never get return calls. So things have improved, but I would reccomend a good private PCP if you can find it around, might get more time with them

Husband was in an MVA and no one could see him to remove stitches. We called around the area looking for days. Then we called Spring Ridge, Tracey Clouser was the only provider in the area that squeezed him in ASAP. She listened, was thorough with explanations, and had a great bedside manor. All the while teaching an intern! Amazing! We were so impressed with the experience, we both switched our PCP's to Tracey!

This is for Dr Strohl as well as Dr Ventuzelo and the staff. I had a very unique but critical issue and my personal physician Dr Strohl was unavailable. They offered me Dr V and she was outstanding. She researched for my situation and was extremely informative. My regular provider is equally amazing she always takes the time to listen to concerns and work out a plan for treatment. I’d give 10 stars if I could for the Drs and the staff.

If I can’t reach anyone by phone, I usually leave a message & they always call back in a timely manner. Usually the same day. I’m really grateful for my doctor, Tracy. I never had such a good experience with a doctor in Berks county. She actually listens to my concerns and takes care of them right away.

I was told today that I am no longer a patient of Dr. Wolf. I asked why, and they told me that I had not been in since the new system was put in place. So, I was kicked out of the system, and Wolf is not accepting any new patients.It would have been nice to get a notification whenever this policy took place, letting patients know that we have to at least come in for a physical or something in order to keep our spot in line.I give Wolf 5 stars and the place he works -4. This is really a review of St Joe's and their IYI (intellectual yet idiot) policies.

This is a great place for testing. The staff was wonderful very professional. I had a Stress Echo and Echo all the techs were so nice. Made me feel at ease. As I am a person of high anxiety I was so relaxed and not nervous at all. I recommend this place to anyone.

Phone calls always an issue. Took 2 plus weeks to get a call back. It's impossible to get through to anyone. During my stress test the nurse and technician taking pictures of my heart were arguing about helping one another clean up. So unprofessional.

Definitely I would not recommend to go there! I was shocked that their employee lied in my face! They made me feel very unsafe and unwelcome.
