Riverfront Federal Credit Union receives mixed feedback from long-term members. Some express strong disappointment with the recent relocation from 4th Street to Lancaster Avenue, finding the new location inconvenient and hard to get to, especially for those in Reading. These members are accustomed to the old location and do not want to use an ATM for deposits, which may lead them to leave. However, other reviews describe a terrific experience, noting the staff are always ready to help and provide great service, quickly resolving issues. Some members have used the credit union for all their finances, including home loans, for as long as 50 years.
Always a great experience going into the branch. The staff are always ready to help. I had an issue with my remote deposit and they knew exactly what was going on and had me figured out in no time. 10/10!

Been with Riverfront CU for 50 years if you include Polymer Employees Federal CU which they merged with. Go there for all my finances. Bought my home through them. They're terrific

I been a member through 3 houses, two marriages. If it wouldn't have been for Riverfronts overdraft policy I would have lost my home. I don't know if I could have kept my house another with the situation at the time without RiverFront.
