Got food that seemed it was sitting for a while, and the server forgot about us and we did not get our drinks until after our food eventually arrived. My pasta was uncooked, having crunchy and rubbery noodles and I got a breadstick that I couldn’t even cut with a knife it was as hard as a rock… We will never be going back again due to the horrible food and service.

Waited 2 hours for food. 3 out of 5 dishes were wrong. Soda refills came back with the syrup empty, pretty much just seltzer. The salad bar was doubled up on items to fill spots since they didn’t have things like bacon bits, they had no plates available at the salad bar had to find someone and ask for plates and items for the salad bar. They had been so far behind with to go orders people were standing at the kitchen doors waiting to pick up the to go orders and complaining, At one point an angry costumer started shouting. So while we watched people who came in an hour after us, place an order, eat and pay before we even got our meals. We had to sit with 3 kids and listen to people scream and complain only to have the food we finally got be wrong and the drinks undrinkable. 90$ birthday meal and it was a horrible birthday celebration. All we got was a sorry, we usually have better service and food if you ever come back.

We decided to go here for dinner and honestly we should have went somewhere else. I got the salad bar and the lettuce was turning brown, a couple of the tomatoes were soft and starting to rot and the pre made salads were dried out. My wife got the new York strip and asked for it medium. We waited a while, and they weren't that busy, and when it came out it was well done. She sent it back and the second steak was full of gristle and not that edible. They only.discounted her $8 for the trouble. I'm not one to complain at restaurants but it should have been at least half if not completely taken off. Our server didn't even take any empty glasses or anything from the table so while we are eating we have dishes piling up. This was honestly the worst experience in a restaurant we have ever had and sorry to say we will NOT be going back.

We had a buy one get one meal, The waiter didn't even take it off and charge for the both of them, And it took forever to get Our meal. Plus we got the wrong sides. I called and talked to a manager. He said he was sending me A voucher, But I never received it.

We asked our server to please put fresh lettuce on the salad bar, and he did. I personally dont care for whatever the meat is on the salad bar... I don't think it's ham! We were kindly moved to another booth when the gentleman next to our first booth became ill.

First I arrived and no one told me anything...second my order was ready at 6:31...third they were not busy and last they gave me the food that was already made at 6:40...they didn't give me napkins and The food was hamburgers ? with fries and the fries were like 10 fries and the price was almost $14...I won't be

Our experience was over the top wonderful!!!! The waiter, King and waitress in training, Cash treated use like VIP.Little did they know we were having a very special day with our friend..We gave our friend many options of where she wanted to have lunch and she chose your lovely restaurant !!!!!!!I was excited because I knew Ruby Tuesdays always had excellent food!!!!!The day was a miserable rainy day. The hostess commented on the rain and I told her I was that odd person that loves tons of snow and rain!!!! Bless her heart, she smiled and said “we need people like you in the world like you” so the moment we walked into your restaurant our experience was amazing!As the hostess took use to a corner table, King came immediately to out aid and started moving chairs and tables. All the while talking to our friend like she was royalty. Putting her at ease. Making her smile. Remember she is in a motorized wheelchair.From there our experience just continued to be more amazing. King and Cash treated our friend with dignity, respect and compassion. They went out of their way to even make her a milkshake!!!!!Thank you Ruby Tuesdays for giving my friend Faith the perfect experience I was hoping she would have.

Even though we had great service the food was bad. From the fries that I got which looked like they put the last of the fries with all the little end pieces, to it was cold when I ate them. My daughters baked potato was hard and didn't look like it was put together with any thought, sloppily put together. My burger was supposed to be well done and it was pink on the inside. 1/10 for the food.

Bryhee K. made our visit! From the start, his outgoing, friendly, and professional personality made our visit all that much better! Customer Service and customer engagement is at an all time low these days but Bryhee goes above and beyond. It is what makes people want to go out and keeps them coming back to a place! So, 5 stars to him! Ruby Tuesdays is lucky to have him!
