My daughter has had a hard time with separation from me and they have been so helpful in making the transitions easier. I know that she will be so much more prepared for kindergarten, but we will certainly be so sad to say goodbye to all her wonderful teachers at St Albans. “Amazing ??Well, I can start saying that at the beginning when I enrolled my daughter here I had really high expectations of the care and the place but My expectations fell apart, because they did not have a director at the center and they were literally working as best they could, there was no coordination and the truth is that I felt totally uncomfortable with the situation and I had made the decision to take my daughter Dominique out and take her to somewhere else and i was just waiting for a spot to open up in another place that I applied. During my wait, the new director Katie was hired, oh my God, I can say in my own words that she has been the best thing that has happened to this center, apart from the fact that she is the most empathetic and nice person I have ever met, she She really cares about the care of the children and that all is in order, it is incredible the great work that she has done at the center in such a short time, you notice all her effort and her work as soon as you enter the door, everything is in order , the children's programs are on point, we receive notifications all the time, the center as such has undergone an incredible change, they have bought new things, she is very attentive to listen and whenever I have had a question or annoyance I have approached towards her and she has always listened to me putting myself first as a mother, definitely what a big change this place has made after she was hired. I can imagine that it hasn't been easy for her to get everything going the way it is right now, because literally before she came in it was a disaster and to be honest when she started working I just thought, poor girl, she can't imagine what she definitely got herself into lol and I thought she was going to give up hahahaha but im glad she didn’t. I am happy and calm that my daughter is coming to this center, with so many professional and trained staff and with a director at the helm who definitely knows exactly what she is doing and how to take the reins of this center. Excellent job Katie, I congratulate you, you are everything I expected when I initially decided for my daughters to go to Kindercare.”
