1 of the employees who assisted me did not know what he was talking about. After him checking that I had a prepaid line, he said that none of the phones in the stores would work with my phone service because of it being prepaid. He told me to go to Walmart, but Walmart doesn't cell tmbile phones, and all my previous phones were purchased at a tmobile.

The customer service is excellent and I believe it is because they have a strong knowledgeable leader. The manager works hard and does exactly as he says he is going to do. They have all been very helpful.

I don't mind the T mobile service . But there should be a way to turn off the extra loud sound when the phone is restarted .when the T mobile screen comes up on restart the jingle is so loud , it can wake the dead .

It deserve a ZERRO..On Monday 12/19/22, 6:30pm, I walked in the T-Mobile store to return the home internet device. There were 3 gentlemen working in the store. The 2nd gentleman at the 2nd counter to the left assisted me with the return. To find out that he wasn’t professional on handling and also clueless in how to fallow up on the return, didn’t get his name either. The gentleman assisting me wasn’t fully knowledgeable in helping me out with the return. Then he pushes me to the next gentleman at the 3rd counter which I believe he was the manager in charge that evening. He wasto the back left of the store and all he did was to send me to another T-Mobile store nearby. This is unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. I myself work in the retail field. And I don’t turn away customers for whatever reason, in-fact. I will resolve the issue so that the paying customer is fully satisfied, so that the customers continue shopping at our store. And making sure our staff are fully knowledgeable to assist any issues that the customers has. Not the horrible customer service and experienced I had with T-Mobile store at 1665 State Hill Rd #750, Wyomissing, PA 19610. Please stay away. If you don’t want to experience bad customer service with staff that are clueless and unprofessional.

Horrible experience. I should really pay attention to peoples names, but that’s my own mistake. I went this past weekend and they added two trackers to my phone line without my consent or knowledge. Thank god, I checked on the T-Mobile app and noticed that something wasn’t right. I reported it to corporate. Really two freaking trackers on my phone plan? Everyone,make sure to check your accounts because they’re obviously stealing from customers.

Stopped in this store( one beside Express) to get home internet, new Sim card for iPad, and decided while there to get new phone. Walked up to counter and Jake and Tomas started waiting on me. Jake complained the whole time. Tomas kept walking away. To sum it up, I was there till 9pm, 4-1/2 hrs, left with ipad done, no home internet, and a phone that after they sold it couldn't transfer my stuff from old phone. Was kicked out by security at 9pm and told to come back next day. Lexi the assistant manager was useless, Tomas was useless, Jake was clueless, Erica was rude, Sierra was only one that really tried to help. After 2 hours on phone with t mobile service, they said to go back in next morning and tell them to return phone and sell me phone that was compatible to my Samsung. Duh. Why it take 7 hrs to figure that out? Went back in next morning and Lexi took less than 50 minutes to fix problem. This store should be closed or alot of people fired for lack of knowledge and experience and professionalism. Never did get home internet. So today I went to t mobile store in Wyomissing Shops and I can't remember girls name, but best experience ever. Walked in greeted and helped and out of store with home internet in less than 40 minutes tops. Shows you that Management and true customer service is priority at some stores. And others stores are clueless and run by paycheck collectors, not actual true customer service reps. Stay away from Berkshire mall t mobile store beside Express.

Lexi, was awesome. I came in to make a payment and she was super friendly.She took an extra few minutes to make sure my bill was right for me. After learning more about me she changed my plan for the better. I was able to switch my internet from comcast to t-mobile and i’m really happy about the crazy amount of money I will be saving. Also I was late for work and Lexi was kind enough to finish setting up the tower and bringing it across the street to my work. This girl goes above and beyond for her customers and it’s greatly appreciated!

Was promised a lower bill however it went up to almost double, they cannot keep their promise on their end and while returning the devices they do not even try to make it right by waiving the restocking fees as the reason why am returning its they did not meet their promise. Tmobile nightmare.

We we’re under the impression that we would be getting a package deal that would have been less than $200 for monthly payments. The inattentiveness of the worker caused our monthly bill to be $400. When trying to resolve this issue we got stonewalled by, minimum, 6 employees. At the end of the day all we wanted was to get the package we thought we signed up for. Apparently, this was too hard of a task to do so we decided to cut our losses and return the product. They made this simple task difficult as well. The assistant manager, who said her name was Lexi, said per store policy we need the original receipt. She sent us to a corporate location who basically said that this was a lie and that they should have been able to do this with the information they had on file. This was by far the most disgusting display of customer service I’ve had come across.

Manny service is A1. The manager is very well knowledgeable on the products and services. Truly impressed and I will be coming for future purchases.

I had to switch phone companies due to my military deployment. Joel at this T-mobile went above and beyond. I work in customer service and he gave me one of the best customer service experience I had in a long time.

I had such amazing experience at this store. I came in one day for a quick question and left with a free phone by just trading in my old one. All the guys there were great especially Josh. I will be continuing my service with T-mobile at Berkshire mall right next to gamestop.

The two t-mobile experts helped me get everything I need and get out quick.The associates were very friendly and laid back which didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. While helping me with my purchase me and the associates were having an interesting conversation and before you know it my new iPhone 12 was set up and I was out the door in addition too this I spent less money than I actually thought I was going to be spending!!!! To sum up my visit I am very happy with this purchase and grateful for the associates that helped me, Both of the experts names start with the letter T if you need their help.

I went to the T-mobile store that used to be sprint and there were two girls one of them being Ana, the manager and they made my life impossible when I was trying to get an update. I went to the second T-mobile store where Terry helped me to get an updated phone within minutes and did not come up with the excuses the two other girls were giving. If a manager sees this I hope they give Terry a raise or something because knows what he is doing and he does his job right.
