Everything I needed for back to school shopping as a parent and a teacher, and a lot of the items were on sale! So much easier shopping here than the other crowded stores. And they helped me get extra discounts when I paid at the register!

The Wyomissing store wasn't the issue, the problem was with the Ephrata store what led to me having to go to Wyomissing. Very poor product inventory and rude associates. There's more good reasons to shop online elsewhere.

The people at Staples were very friendly and helpful. I had photos reprinted along with other purchases. I usually purchase my printing supplies there and will continue to go there for great service.

With decreasing quality of Customer service these days, I was pleasantly surprised by a wonderful Staples associate who truly helped me at the counter with the rewards program. Kudos.

I always find what I need at Staples. Whether for Business or Personal Needs. They should have 2 Checkouts open at the Counter for the Printing needs. And Professional Business Printing needs. Instead of One. It would make the flow of waiting in line go faster.

Staff is very helpful regarding complex copying jobs - saving pages and money (as well as resources!). Always easy to find HP ink I need and process rewards for returned empty ink cartridges. In house package mailing management is also a great plus. An overall winner!
