  just got a haircut, wanted to go back to my usual short hair that had grown out for a while. my experience was not only positive but full of joy! I wish i could remember her name but she did amazing and did my hair EXACTLY how i wanted it to look walking out. She was super sweet as well and made the experience super comfortable and welcoming, as haircuts are usually not something i enjoy. 10/10.

  Waited 40 minutes. When I exclaimed why was told “other people checked In before you, we’re running behind” my appointment was for 11, was not seen until 11:40. While they did take me after my concerns, what is point of choosing a time? At no time was I told when I walked they were behind, the woman at the desk was in training and was being talked to crass by the woman who seemed to be a senior member of staff. According to the woman that rang me out this was all a training issue. Offered no discount or additional service for my time. 40 minutes is crazy for a kids cut. If you are running late open with that and I’ll just go elsewhere. Have me here thinking my expectations are high. Wild. I appreciate the woman that did my daughter’s hair, she was kind to her and asked her about every step. Actual service performed was great, professionalism and organization negative stars. Clearly the corporate settings to offer slots every 30 minutes is to ensure your franchise isn’t capable of fulfilling the demand and creating undesirable interactions for staff and clients.

  Every time I make an appointment I get there 5-10 mins early and I’m told there are several people ahead of me and it’ll be an extended wait. Haircuts were always just so-so but I found the place to be convenient, which is no longer the case. Won’t be wasting my time with this place anymore.
