Had to ask for help in the fish department, and then told there should be two workers there. Easily paged. Once there, was very informative information on what I wanted. Strongly advised me to NOT purchase what I wanted because I didn't currently have the right set up. Which is fine. And I agreed. No kittens. Not much of a selection for aquatic turtles. All aquatic plants were in small bags. Which is mainly for small tanks. After obtaining my fish, had to sign up for the card, because I knew I'd be back. So, mixed feelings for my visit. Maybe next time, there will be more smiles and less condescending attitude.

I asked the woman that answered the phone if I could make a reservation for my dog to get a picture with Santa and she said I had to go to the app, and I said I didn't have the app and she said that's to bad for you, so unfortunately no pictures with Santa
