I ordered a Nintendo switch for my sons b day gift. Ordered on the 9th of july.Shipped and was supposed to be delivered on the 11th. Never got the order, because it was shipped from wyomissing Pa store too, Lewisberry Pa. Then shipped to West Virginia! NO HELP TOLD TO WAIT AND BE PATIENT! Do yourself a favor, don't buy on-line from Target! Made numerous calls and initiated chats.. Worst customer service agents ever! A joke and a scam. Took my money and have to wait another week to see if it shows up damaged! Or ever arrives at all! Never again....

Store associate Tony is absolutely phenomenal. Hands down a total rockstar! Tony was beyond polite and so helpful. You can tell he really loves his job! Having such an up beat and wonderful personality really makes your shopping experience! I truly hope he gets recognized for his exceptional customer service. He made my day!

Today 04/25/24 my experience was extremely poor like is it usually is anyway. First I had a $10 off $40 household coupon that didn’t work at self check, and the clerk tells me I can’t use that coupon on clearance items. I pulled up the terms and conditions and it doesn’t even state it excludes clearance. I also didn’t get my $10 giftcard when I purchased the 3 qualifying household items which you guys have a sign. Lastly and to make matter worst I’ve been racially profiled for the third time coming to into this target. The first was on Aug 18,23 when I was purchasing a pool that was on clearance. The second time was on Oct 07 my husband forgot his wallet and I was standing at self check out and informed the clerk that I am waiting for my husband to bring me his debit card. The third time was TODAY April 25,24, I went in picked up 4 packs of bounty paper towels went to self check out scanned them all, asked the clerk why my coupon didn’t work she said because it supposedly “doesn’t work on clearance” it doesn’t say on the coupon but ok what ever. I turn around to call the clerk because my gift card was not scanning and guess who was standing directly behind me, 2 loss prevention individuals. Every time I go in and this specific clerk is there at self check and I have some sort of issue or question loss prevention magically appears. Continue to ratio profile me and I will be more than happy to sue you. I work for my money, and have absolutely no reason to steal anything. Also Target please ensure all your employees wear their name tags because the clerks at self check out don’t.

This has been my go to Target for a while but after the experience yesterday I don't think I feel comfortable going here. I go in with my family at around 8:40 and immediately a cop is following us around the store. It's just a group of 6 Hispanics coming to buy groceries. The cop was not subtle at all about the following around and the employees also weren't subtle at all either. So after a while we go to the front to checkout and my family member catches a comment that the front employees said about "keeping an eye" on us. We were literally just there to buy things but here we are getting racially profiled because we're Hispanic. But the other day I was in they didn't say anything to some rowdy white teenagers. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous, the front end employees should be fired.

After shopping at Target a few times , I have experienced racial profiling from Target workers and have also heard other complaints in the Reading community of the same issue. It is embarrassing to receive this treatment especially from such a well known and popular store. This is truly disappointing.

Great store, but don’t expect to use the changing rooms an hour and a half before they close! Although they close at 10 (Saturday) the associate shared with me that they close the changing rooms at 8 or 9 on the dot. My daughter and I went specifically for the swimsuit sale, so not trying on the suits was not an option. I asked two sales associates if we could try on the suits so we didn’t waste a trip and they refused. I could understand a half hour early, but not over an hour before the store closed! We bought all the suits, took them to Ross, tried them on and then returned everything we didn’t want. It was very frustrating, and unnecessary.

Usually my go to Target but the last couple of times I went, the STRONGEST most VILE smell of sewer poop consumed the store! This needs to be fixed asap!!

Worst store around. I gave them a 3rd chance at ordering for pickup and once again they said items were out of stock when I got there. Last night they said the curtain rods and toilet paper were out of stock. Both were in stock when I walked back to look for a replacement for the two items. Brought it to the attention of the manager Austin and he pretty much had the attitude oh well mistakes happen. Had to wait for a refund for the order that was placed online then go and get the items and go to a register to cash out to get the gift card promotion. The cashier never gave me the gift card for the promotion. Called the store and once again Austin said you have to bring your receipt in to verify you earned the card. Well, he knew I had enough for the promotion based on the order that was placed online. Had to run back today to pick up the gift card of $15. Not even sorry for the mistake at the front desk.

Sells products with bio engineered food ingredients. They’re trying to kill us all. Do not recommend. I took the stuff back shortly after buying it and she threw it in the trash. Where it belongs.
