First of all I paid 80 for the simplest design for them to just keep falling apart in a day. Then I go back to get them fixed again the next day for the flowers on my nails to fall right off again.. I will Never go here again!
Requested style: Literally 2 fingers on each hand and a vine with a flower or 2 on them. All other fingers were completely blank

This place is nice, but when it comes to tips they force it on you, specially when 2 people do your nails...one will do your nails and the others your feet...I don't mind tipping but at time is not that we don't want to tip is that we might not have enough for tip ....we just have enough to do the nails...and I also tip base on how I like my nails too...and the service....tip is not obligated...but I'll gladly tip if I feel service was great!

Unfortunately my hubby didn’t listen when I said I have a “nail person” so while at the mall he got me a gift card to this place. Upon arriving I was appalled to see how filthy and worn the salon was. The brown color scheme does nothing for the aesthetic s of this place. While the floor didn’t have any visible debris the chairs were dirty and one of the kids chairs torn. The dust was evident at closer inspection around the base of the chairs. The worst part was the lady in the corner folding towels who blew gunk out of her nose onto the floor, wiped her nose with her bare hand and then immediately folded another towel. That was gross beyond measure. The pedi itself was ok, I didn’t feel cheated on the technique or service. However the loud crosstalk with each other was so unprofessional. This is a 1st and last for me!

Absolutely the best place nearby! They are very accommodating, excellent product (no cheapness here) they tailored to your liking in all aspects! My nails are always commented! If I could I'd give them a 10 star rating! The owners are very kind, and welcoming! I give my highest recommendation! #AmazingNails #ICYMI

I've been a customer for over 15 years and the last straw was when I was charged $50 for a gel refill. I asked him why was I being charged more than a full set and he said because he changed the shape of the nail. I tip pretty well each time I go there but this time I was a bit disgusted at the prices that not even listed any where and regretted leaving a tip. The shape of nails were not even, I wasn't happy and I only go there because it's close to home but trust me I'll be driving to another nail salon that display the prices and the work is better. The same way they work for their money so do we and I felt taken advantage of, not happy with how my nails look and the prices don't make sense.

I went in with my daughter and the nail lady who is the Owner mind you, asked if we are also doing glitter, I said no. Then she asks my daughter and my daughter said yes and then asks me, so now I have to say no twice.
Even though I’ve said no twice now which I shouldn’t have had to in the first place, the nail lady proceeded to put glitter on my daughter’s nails anyway.
I don’t care if you agree with the parent or not, You Listen To What The Parent Says.

Awful. Rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure if only one person speaks English but they do jot acknowledge you when you walk in at all. I'm going to try to encourage my friend to never come here again. The actual service didn't suck but my god the rudeness.

Came for message chairs really but expect some quality. Prices went up so our tip was a little more than 12% ($3 cash) ea. We moved to the dryers and 5 min later they asked us to leave before the polish dried. There are 6 seats and only 2 other gel customers there. We didn't have flip-flops so we sat on benches for 10 min until we could put our shoes on. That woman was very rude! We usually go there 2-3 times a year but will find another place. Berkshire mall has really gone down hill.

Cut my fingers in three different places and then wiped them off with an alcohol swab. She also burned my finger with the emery board twice. The shop itself was much dirtier than last time I was in, looks unhygienic. Quoted me one price and then changed me significantly more. I'm not happy with the result or the multiple injuries to my fingers

Went and got usual and know how much I spend every time and yet the lady gives me gel on feet without asking and charged me for it then when I let her know I didn't want gel she tried to remove gel because of her mistake and then stated she will refuse my service. I will never go back and give my business to them no more. Very unprofessional and disgusting attitude. I spend money and tip every time. Not how you conduct business.Services: Acrylic nails

Why are the people who work here always in such a bad mood? Inconsistent prices. Armatures who will mess your nails up and tell you your finger is crooked.
