This credit union is a complete joke. Not only was i told I couldn't speak to anyone but if you need to update anything at all on your application they have to cancel the one in process and you have to start all over again. They have someone fielding calls from their living room (you can hear the noise in the background). All she is able to do is send the loan department a message. She has supposedly sent them three messages for me and they never reached out. Not once! The requirements for approval are listed nowhere on their website. I finally was able to find a phone number and actually got someone on the phone to tell me the requirements. She still was not able to connect me with anyone but at least I got a little more information. I will never do business with this company and plan on letting the Lineman school who recommended them know just how bad they are. Go to your own bank or credit union, you will be much better off.

The staff at UECU has been very helpful to me. I believe this is one of the best Credit Unions around. They offer a variety of services that I have taken advantage of many times in my 20 plus years of membership.
