I never write reviews but I had the most horrific experience with this store last weekend. The representative who "helped" me completely messed up my entire account. I was charged three different "fees" onsite, which Verizon Wireless customer service still can not tell me why these charges occurred (most likely fraud so I now have to dispute through my credit card), the iPhone I purchased was never added to my account, a whole other line WAS added to my account (never consented to that), two subscriptions to Netflix and Disney + which the representative told me would be free for 3 months through a promotion were charged full price to my account, another device protection program for $60 which I also did not agree to was added to my account. It took me over 90 minutes with a customer service agent at Verizon wireless to undo all of the wrong additions to my account AND another call to customer service to connect my own device which I purchased from this store. Very disappointed. And 5 days later all of my issues are still not resolved. Would not recommend this store to anyone. So disappointing.

If I could do zero stars. I visited Verizon on three different occasions and left without being helped. They clearly do not care about customer service.

Went to the location in wyomissing next to the target . my corporate phone was not working and would not power up. I walked into the store and a young man took care of me. They looked at my phone cleaned out all the connection ports. And 5 minutes later it was working. I asked if I owed him anything and he said no. This is how customer service should be. He was very friendly, very nice I offered to pay him and he said no, this was a good job all around, thank you very much for helping me.

This used to be the place to go. Time to rethink this. Lack of employees means someone has to run to every customer coming in and sign them in. Plus long waits. 40 minutes until served.

Horrible customer service. Confrontational and threatening when they are wrong. This location called the police on me while I tried to pay for a phone that was stolen from me. They have no idea what they are doing and will argue with customers. I was threatened to "call the cops" The police ended up working with me. This review would not let me respond to your response. I was told it was not a customer service location and it was only sales, The only thing that person was worried about was making a sale and didn't care about me. I was accused of being hostile, I was holding my chihuahua. There was an older couple in the room. I have everything on my camera recorded. Nobody deescalated anything. Do you have any idea how humiliating it is to stand in a parking lot with police surrounding? Go check your video footage. The two girls are the disgrace and should be terminated. I spent eleven hours dealing with that problem with my phone. I was told to walk into your store and it would be handled. The only way they're willing to help anyone as if they're making a sale. I did report this to the corporate office. I should have never been threatened. It was a humiliating experience. I hope people reading this find other verizon stores and have better luck.

The customer service there was excellent and I had no problem going in there and upgrading my phone. This visit was effortless compared to the experience that I had at Best Buy

Had a bad time when the one of the managers switched by accident I don’t think so because I walked in two I Phone when I Got one was from total it was locked for security they put a 5g Verizon SIM card in it the new I Phone I got had a dual SIM card and three days later it switched numbers leaving without any phone and funny enough there were three SIM cards in the box instead of two one was my total SIM card but that was locked be careful store is shady and it’s a shame Verizon is a good company maybe a new HR Manager may help.

Poor customer service. Upon arriving, I went up as I was told on the phone via Verizon customer service number to return an internet box to this location. Immediately, I was treated like I was annoying her and she didn’t want to deal with me. I get it, everyone hates their job but you chose to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES. So maybe if you hate customers so much maybe this isn’t the job for you. Then, they wouldn’t accept my box they wouldn’t even direct me on how I can get this box returned. Funny they wanna charge you 200 dollars for an unreturned box but makes you jump through hoops to get the box returned. It’s crazy.No wonder Xfinity is slammed and next door Verizon is empty. Perhaps you should work on hiring people who make you feel welcomed. As soon as I called Verizon customer service line again after I left I was given an easy solution that I’m sure those employees could have helped me but they were busy talking to one another! Never will I use Verizon again.

What an amazing experience I had today. I needed a new screen cover and case for my phone. The employees were so helpful. They immediately went to the back and got several cases for me to choose from, while I was deciding on the case, one of them put on the screen cover on my phone for me. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes, a very satisfied customer.

The store and company have very poor customer service skills and policies. My particular problem with faulty device was met with a definite "not our problem" attitude, even after many years of paying for replacement coverage, prompting me to drop Verizon altogether. Your reply to this comment makes no difference, I gave several chances to help me prior to this.

The manager in this store is terrible. Their employee made a mistake and manager@ 6 pm when I returned after I realized they made a mistake with set up of phones, I talked to him through the door , said he could not let me in.closed the doors in front of me and store would not fix his employees mistake done on 3/25 returned back to store when mistake realized on 3/25.Spent 3 plus hours getting everything done. He said he would call Verizon to call me, said I was frustrated & called Verizon and had them call me on my phone took an hour to fix and left his employees out of the store and himself and left me sit in parking lot on phone with costumer service trying to fix issue . which took close to 1 hour to fix.Very stressful to say the least and left my 89 year old mother without service as they disconnected the wrong phone and connected the new phone to her number by mistake and I had no idea. Real mess!!!!they sold a screen protecter for $59.99 which was very costly and it broke the next morning when phone fell 8 inches from floor and when I went on site to reorder new one they don't have it Zagg. Zagg will send you what they have. Funny how you can order it on line for $47.99 if you don't when warranty replacement! On the same website! Then they sold me a charger pad for $149.99 and that was also misrepresented and I will return it. I am very upset as when I went to another Verizon store they could not help me as they don't even sell the same products! I am so very upset. I am now on the Phone today with Verizon to try to fix all the issues and not be charged for the mistakes made by the store. They also were to change the plan and they made mistake there as well so my plain for 4 phones and 2 iPads and 2 phones was to be $197 today they said $230. They didn't change the plain and know they will fix today but not retro to 3/25 when they sold phones iPads and phones. This is not right at all. Since the one watch did not come to me still last wed and I did not get til Friday. and 1 iPad did not get connected til today.I am on phone in excess of 2 more hours to fix mess!! I am asking for district manager to fix mess and contact me. Decrease my bill affective 3/25 like they said they were going to do and did not. Teach their employees their job and fix the lac of customer service that is in this store. see all the bad reviews of this store and care about his store and fix managers behavior so someone does not have to go through all this!!

This location is terrible. Went in to have a billing error fixed that they messed up, decided to bump up my plan while there and now my phone service has been cut off! I’m done with this location.

FRAUD. there should be criminal charges brought against this company. I had been paying well over $200 a month for 2 lines for a few years, Finally got good land line internet, and had no need for anything other than simple cell lines. Called in to get my exit pin numbers to leave Verizon and go to Xfinity.. Verizon store empty, Xfinity packed. couldnt finish that night, In an effort to evade changing all data and memory hassles changing companies, i called Verizon, actually signed me up for $ 30 a line for each line after first month of $ 35 for set up etc. renegged on deal, cut my service, because i hadnt paid the $ 200, now they have denied doing it, however, my bank account shows debits for the amounts ($38 incl tax) class action or criminal charges should be filed.
