Never fill your prescription here because the pharmacists are very stricked and make their own rules up(which is legal, I'm not saying it's illegal). For example, if you have a monthly medication and your insurance pays and accepts for you to pick up the medication 2 or 3 days earlier than the last months pick up date this Walmart Pharmacy wouldn't allow it no matter what the circumstances are. They only give you the medication EXACTLY 30 days after. I had a medication that was filled last month on November 18th at my regular pharmacy which usually gives me next months medication on the 15th(which is the day insurance pays for and accepts it which gives me a 3 day window to plan on going to pick it up). I had to come to this Walmart this time because it was closer to me than the pharmacy I normally go to and the reason I am complaining is because I work over 50 hours a week so having a 3 day window for me to pick up the medication is very important as part of my schedule. Now I have to request from my manager to excuse me from work for about an hour just so I can go pick up a medication that i could have and should have picked up a day before when I was off work. Another thing is my insurance gives me a yearly "vacation early refill" once a year, from my stupidity, I came to this Walmart Pharmacy to pick up my early script legally and was given only 5 tabs instead of the full script like my normal pharmacy does. Long story short if you have a monthly medication and need to pick it up during the windows you insurance allows which usually is 2 to 3 days prior to last months refill date, don't come to this pharmacy.

Drive 20 minutes to the Supercenter and avoid this Walmart. It's a hit or miss. I only use this Walmart for prescriptions, which they always take 2-3 days to fill. So many items out of stock or need to be shipped to store because they don't have it. Lines are always long, even self checkout. And the self checkout always has issues (cash only, credit only, out of order, etc.) I dislike returning things because there are always 5-6 people at the customer service area but only 1 maybe 2 people actually working. Avoid returning things on Thursdays because that's when everyone cashes their checks and the lines are superrrrr long. 2 stars because they do carry the trash bags I need lol.

Walmart is Walmart( especially the breed of customer) wherever you go. But a few things: they play TERRIBLE music in this one. So bad it makes you want to just leave. Luke Bryan needs be off the radio. And there's always make up or nail polish smeared all over the floor that never gets cleaned up. I know the customers are pretty ghetto but cmon, hire an on-call janitor. Cashiers are decent, store is a bit of a mess but prices are cheap. Oh yeah and it's not a supercenter which is a shame cause Wal-Mart has nice groceries, except this one doesnt have that. Once, I nearly got run over security chasing a shoplifters but that was a while ago. I'm pretty sure they just let people steal now because of the risks involved. But still not as bad as it could be, I guess.

Not really particularly fond of this Walmart. The employees here are a bit rude and despondent. Plus it's not 24 hours like the majority of Walmart's across the country. I'm not really a fan of the store. I just shop there because of the prices.

Honorable, I got a script from my Dr. Not only would they not fill it the way the Dr prescribed but the gave me snd my Dr a hard time and asked my Dr why I was getting the script. I will never shop there again plus I am going to see if i can sew for harassment and medical violation of information

If you dont mind a trashed , disorganized , dirty store than you should be ok. No one will help you with anything there either. Youll probabiy end up ringing your own groceries too. Typical walmart hell ! There prices are good tho.

INCOMPETENT PHARMACISTS!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!! IM ON LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICINE AND HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS TILL THEY REMEMBERED TO ORDER IT!! THEY JUST WANNA PUSH YOU OFF. TOLD ME INCORRECT INFO THAT MY INSURANCE WONT COVER MY MEDICINE AND WOULD NEED A PREAUTHORIZATION THAT SHE HAD NO PROBLEM SAYING WOULD TAKE 5 DAYS. NO SYMPATHY!! THEN I CAME IN TO TAKE MY SCRIPT TO CVS (WHERE I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM) AND MAGICLY THEY HAD RAN MY INSURANCE AGAIN AND IT APPROVED IT. IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING DONT GO TO WAL-MART WYOMISSING PHARMACY. ------ ( -X6 stars.)

The screw ups were unbelievable. I had been using this store for more than a year when they suddenly "lost" my insurance information when I called to price a medication. They claimed they could not take my information over the phone even though I was a regular customer. They relented when I told them I live 25 minutes away and I simply needed to price a medication. When my doctor called two days later to switch my med, they again had no record of my insurance.

Don't know what the negative reviews are about since my experience at this store was great! No complaints. Walmart, due to its lower prices, does seem to attract people who have little regard for themselves and consequently their appearance in public, but you can't fault Walmart for that. Right?

Live down The road from here and besides the fact that it's super crowded and the shelves aren't stocked .. than think about how I gotten meat there that is before he sell by date and is dry and rotting in the bottom side I'm boycotting this entire place it's so bad 1 star is being modest.... they don't trust the costumers to the point where the lock up the markup after a certain time and also they have the self checkout shut off it's so bad there... I am NEVER going their again and Idk why Anyone would or should go their unless ur looking for drugs or to get in a fight

Where are all the sparkling, well organized, friendly staffed Walmarts depicted on television commercials? I have yet to find one but this particular store is about as awful as it gets. The place is always filthy, the employees are ignorant and useless and their selection is subpar at best.

I have yet to find a Walmart I like but when it comes to being disgusting and dirty, this Walmart takes too prize. The staff are your typical rude, dont give a hoot but. I suggest you avoid at all costs. The bathrooms are always dirty, shelves are a disarray and merchandise quality is your cheap typical Walmart stuff. I long ago stopped giving Walmart my hard earned money and choose Amazon on line instead.
