Friday afternoon is not the best time to go to the bank, but I couldn't go any other time. The line was long, but not too long, and the staff were friendly and helpful when it was my turn.

Wells Fargo KNEW about bogus charges to my account yet they let charges go though from freaking Cairo Egypt and they have NO valid excuse for it I talked to their fraud division and they are useless. I will be suing them but the fact of the matter is it should not be happening and they have NO valid reason even when talking to them. Stay away from this "so called" bank.

I use the bank for commercial business they are always friendly helpful, sometimes there is a line but in todays world if you can’t wait a minute or two you can do online banking. The staff always seems to do their best.

Seriously guys. You have 1 atm and it doesn't work? You have like 4 drive up teller lanes and usually only 2 lanes open. And you have the cheapest grainiest speaker systems in existence. Come on. No wonder you can ask a drive up teller something 3 times and they ignore you. How about adding at least 1 more atm lane? Or at least a walk up. What a huge pain this place is. 20 minutes just to make a withdrawal.

The banker Paul was very helpful but the bank manager was very rude. I have been a customer for years and I will be closing my account. I am sick of the attitude at this WF and others.

Looked at my cousin up and down and told him he couldn’t open a bank with them that he had to set an appt when there was no one there but one other lady. Felt very discriminated.
