I've been calling for 2 days they don't answer the phone. The last time I went there to pick up a medication that was ready, it took about 25 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. Please, save yourself the time and frustration, go anywhere else.

call my meds in 3 days ago and still they don't fill it. they don't answer calls and no way to verify refills .

They are incompetent. They never answer the phone, and they are rude when you come in. I have been trying to transfer a refill to a nearby CVS because I am out of town. Apparently they told CVS that I don't have any refills, even though I got confirmation from my Doctor (both verbally and through his online portal) that the refill was sent. And the automated customer service tells me, "We are unable to determine the status of your prescription" when I input the Rx. I guess I will just be depressed :) lol

Every time I call the pharmacy they don't answer. I call and call and call..... no answer. I moved, they only have my new address, only the new one. Somehow they started putting my old address on everything. I tried to change it back, kept trying.... No one cares. The rude young girl said to me when I picked up a script, do you have a rewards card or whatever.... I said no, she continued to ring me up. I said can I sign up for one, she let out a big sigh and said no! Go on line and do it. Wow! Nice customer service. I will say Dianna is the nicest person and most helpful. She is very pleasant and will go above and beyond.... She is really awesome! She is nicer than everyone there, Even the rude pharmacist. Thank you Dianna!

Stay away. This pharmacy is the worst. Pharmacy staff are always rude. They never have prescriptions filled when you call in refills. The last time I was here the pharmacist flipped her hand at me and told me they were closed because I was a grand total of 3 minutes early. Wow, sorry I don't have your hours memorized. You could have said "we'll be closed for a few more minutes, youre welcome to wait until we open." But nope, "we're closed." When I asked if I could wait literally 3 minutes was told "we'll, I'm expecting someone...". If I had spoken to someone at my job like that I probably would have been fired.

Barbara at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help get my son his antibiotic. She was extremely helpful and I am so grateful for her knowledge.

I went through the "drop off" lane in the drive through and sent my script up the tube. I waited for someone to come to the microphone but no one did so I just left. To my surprise, they ended up "losing" my prescription. Furthermore, they were the least bit worried that it was "lost" or "stolen" and I had barely gotten an apology. If my insurance accepted CVS I'd be switching pharmacies!!
